I had to return my so called masterbiult560 (made in china) for a traeger. It had problems with build quality, parts not fitting then i had to replace the control unit that wouldnt turn on then the second one died the worst thing is the few times it did work the results were awsome but it ruined 3 bbq partys by not working. Totally unreliable.

This is clearly just an advertisement for the grill and kingsford charcoal. I wouldn't follow this recipe or it's method

Charcoal briquette flavor is nowhere near as good as hickory flavor. I bet Big Bob Gibson would agree with me on that.
I'm pretty sure I saw him put hickory under the charcoal.
