(most successful runs were based more on whether my computer would glitch out or not rather than skill) so i guess I'm kinda proud of that, but you are insane my man, i hope you get a new computer soon. happy gaming!
I'm impressed. I wanted to challenge myself and Iron Man every "x world without dying" with only Meat Boy on keyboard. So far I've done both Forests and Light Hospital, only Meat Boy, no quit-to-map trick. Dark World Hospital is giving me some trouble, only because of 2-12x. Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is I look at Cotton Alley and think "how in the FUCK will I ever Iron Man that". Even Dark Salt Factory to Rapture intimidates me. You sir, are a platforming god, what I aspire to be.

I would absolutely lose it if I tried a no death run on those levels with missiles, Black Maws, and Oobs. At least on regular levels you can learn the patterns and let muscle memory take over, but damn the stress levels would be too high to put everything on the line with those elements included.
I'm so used to only trying to A+ levels that I got surprise when you didn't A+ a few of them. still, you've got chops and consistency to back it up, so nice job. I especially liked how you handled 7-14, 7-15, and 7-18. In 7-14, you found a quicker path through there than I did. 7-15 you found a better spot than running back and forth on the ground. 7-18, you illustrated something useful about how to manipulate those goons. My favorite part about watching SMB videos is new techniques I learn!

I just got 106% in 13 hours on steam after not having played the game for years (already got 106% on the xbox version years ago) but that pales in comparison to getting this achievement... lol. I'm not even gonna try to do this, 2x golden god is enough for me... I've gotta ask you though, when you were trying to get this achievement, did you ever die near the end of the chapter? if so, did you pull out all your hair and/or repeatedly slam your head into a wall?

On Xbox, it's Teh Internetz, you can play certain user made chapters on it. On Steam, it's Super Meat World, you can play all user made chapters on it. Both are unlocked by getting 20 bandages.
Wow... WTF. I consider myself as a nice skilled SMB player ( brimstone, dr.fetus, blood clot boy achevements on iron man run ), but when I see your video... Seriously, WTF, I feel crap o_o. I find this game so much easier with a keyboard, you get more precise control because an analog stick only gives you progressive control. I also re-bound the keys so it's much easier than with the default keybinds.
I considered myself half decent at this game, when me and my brother huddled around the screen for hours on end to beat it. Then we unlocked dark mode and and got our arses handed to us. You have a timing like a metronome :) And with a keyboard!?!
After more than an hour and 200 deaths, I finally got through level 6-5, watching this now feels kind of demotivating :P My hand hurts, but I will keep playing ...tomorrow.
@TysonCooley I don't exactly remember how many tries did it take, but let's say - a lot :P But, it wasn't really a big problem to start over again. It's all about training and muscle memory.
@frozenman0207 Right click at Super Meat Boy, go to Properties - Set launch options and there you go. I've also heard that forcing v-sync in your graphic card properties helps with low fps

@thehumor When you're about to die, you can quickly press ESC, go back to map selection screen and enter the level again. It won't count as death
