Hi. Thank you so much ,, I have a problem,, I bought a barcode from GS1 , but I'm having trouble accepting it on Amazon “ SKU doesn’t match with any ASIN… “. What I can do ?
I have a listing that has 30 different variations. Since I need a UPC for every variation, how the hell can I afford to spend hundreds of dollars just to list this item? Surely there's a better way...
There are only two ways to legally acquire a GTIN (UPC/EAN barcode number): 1: You can rent from GS1 for a hefty upfront fee + annual fees, forever. Note: If you stop paying the fees they take the codes back and recycle/reissue them. Outside of the first ten numbers. 2: You can own outright, for life, from a legitimate barcode broker like ourselves. This is due to GS1/UCC's class-action lawsuit & their settlement in 2002. More on this here: (GS1/UCC Settlement) Our inventory of GTIN prefixes (huge blocks of barcode numbers) originates from GS1-US (Previously known as the UCC "Uniform Code Council") before 2002. This is how you can legally own them instead of being forced by GS1 into renting them for life. Each UPC/EAN (GTIN) that we provide is globally unique, never used, and is only issued once to you. You then own them for life as they never expire. Also, we’re able to sell GTINs in whatever quantity you need, whereas GS1 groups them in 10's, 100's, 1,000's, etc, which is less efficient.
@@barcodestalk3975 Not sure if legit lol... this is super confusing. The GS1 website is telling me I need to spend $700 upfront and then $150 a year just to use their UPCS and you're offering them for 45 cents each?

Thanks in advance who can help answer my question.
One question please, I have a product listing with the default"manufacture barcode" setup, thus I have the FNSKU barcode with the letter B instead of the X. I have put it on the packaging and there is no UPC barcode whatsoever. Is it still acceptable when arriving fulfillment centre?
Thanks to *Dometechie* on Instagram I don't need to worry about mine try out his services
thanks for this video, for the quality information🙏🏼🔥. when will I buy my barcode GTIN in Gs1. when I want to create my listing, do I choose upc code or gtin on amazon? Thank you
Yes, when you list your product. Gs1 will give you both a GTIN and a UPC, you can use either one on Amazon.
@@CamronJames perfect thank you very much 😊
Hi. Thank you so much ,, I have a problem,, I bought a barcode from GS1 , but I'm having trouble accepting it on Amazon
“ SKU doesn’t match with any ASIN… “. What I can do ?
I’m having the same problem, how did you solve ?
@@celsoaoki2050 I bought another one from nationwide site
I have a listing that has 30 different variations. Since I need a UPC for every variation, how the hell can I afford to spend hundreds of dollars just to list this item? Surely there's a better way...
There are only two ways to legally acquire a GTIN (UPC/EAN barcode number):
1: You can rent from GS1 for a hefty upfront fee + annual fees, forever.
More on this here: (GS1/UCC Settlement)
Our inventory of GTIN prefixes (huge blocks of barcode numbers) originates from GS1-US (Previously known as the UCC "Uniform Code Council") before 2002.
Im having an Amazon FBA Account,,,, can i add my product with my own Product CPU/GT10? Im not PL.
If I understand correctly, just use the barcode already on the product.
How can anyone make a profit with having to pay that much?
Liked dear i found video very helpful
10:00 - $30 barcode
You inspired me to start using the time tags in the videos, hopefully they will help out!
Camron James yea I put stamps so it's easier to find my notes!
Dammit, I shouldn't have bought two types of the product. Now I need 2 codes and the second type, I didn't order enough to make it worth it
