    Does anybody notice his programming when he says "come on clap" in between mentioning kmart walmart and target... also he got the audience to micro agree to clapping when he asked if they ever heard someone complaining about selling before... he guarenteed his successful performance... GENIUS

    Why all like to buy things, but we all hate sales people. Think about that for a moment. We hate to be sold to but we love to buy stuff to extent that many of us overspend on credit the whole time. Whatever you have to have, help the customer to feel like they are buying and you are not selling. Do not look or behave like a salesperson. Behave like someone who is just there to help the buy from you. Don't lie, don't resort to silly tricks. Empathise with the customer, help them to see why they should buy and buy from you. Help them to realise that not making a decision NOT to buy is also a risk and cost ladened one. i.e. What might happen if you do buy this product today?

    Hi Sir! I need your help I'm a telemarketer we are calling from a pharmacy and we have to sell pain cream or metformin a tablet to diabetic patients what's the best way to grab a customer???? And we have to know first that customer is suffering from pain sometimes bkz only in that case he will b interested how to get yes on it???? Note we are just sending prescription to their doctor first! Plz guide me plzzz I will be thankful to you sir

    Hi Victor, I truly admire you. I watched all your videos, but how would you sell if you have a heavy accent?

      First, I would use the accent to my advantage. Step 1: Tell the client a story about where you are from; people will be sympathetic. Step 2: Let them know that you are "getting better every day"; inject humor about it. Result: You're less nervous now and the client is more understanding :-) VA
