Great looking car. Not trying to be critical. Would love to own it, but the rear of this replica is a tad too low. If you notice, the original was just slightly higher in the rear. Like it had air shocks. Which I cant confirm, just something I noticed. Otherwise great job on recreating a beautiful car.
BAD ASS ! That's my fav car from, went to the ' DRIVE IN - $ 5.00 A CAR LOAD.' Hell a deal I dare say, miss those day's. WANT GREAT TUCK & ROLL WORK DONE? GO TO MEXICO THEY'RE THE BEST.✌
Back in the 60’s a tuck N rolled interior job cost $150 to $200 in TJ Mexico. You could also get diamond tuck for a little extra. They usually did it in one day.
That is beautiful 1958 . I love it.
Love tuck and roll upholstery LOL
One of the best looking cars ever made the 58' Impala. White cars always look best with red interior IMO.
The sound of that rumbling Chevy small block, a sound, you will never get from any P O S , “ Electric Bidenmobile“….!

I’d have to add the 6 strombergs and the four speed manual
I wish I had this car
I heard the person that bought the original1958 Impala car back before the movies release was a young teenager that paid around $350.00 .
The red is way too bright and solid. The original was faded in and ghosted in some spots.
One day I’m gonna own this car
Ray Everham has the original now
Very cool, it’s not lifted up on the back, but it’s a sweet machine.
The tuck and roll did feature in the movie when Candy Clark described it as "bitchin" just before hopping in with Toad.
Ray Evernham own the original of this car. It is beautiful.

Did it sell?
Damn!
Its looonnggg gone!
It was bought in 1973 for $325 00
Show this engine, Dude, pop the hood!
Those tail lights look like they are from a 1959 Cadillac...58 impala's didn't stick out that far
You are correct, they are from a 59 Caddy...I like the original myself
One of many modifications. Shaved trim, badges, door handles. Custom paint and full tuck n roll interior
Yes he mentioned that in the video. Same as the movie car.
DROOL.....!
