Made these last night. So good. The day before I made the chicken, and I two days ago, the chicken kebab. Two weeks ago I was looking for a gas grill. Found you on RUclips, and now I have a Weber q1200 and everything that goes along with it. And I love. Thank you so much for a great channel. 😋
For a small gas grill, you really can't beat it. I've never tried a Coleman Roadtrip, but when I was tailgating at a Giants game last fall, the Coleman was all over the parking lot even more so than the Q. I'm assuming it must be a pretty good grill too.
Hello from New Zealand. Going to have to give these a try as they look awesome! Had my q2200 about a week now. Love how it works as an oven as much as a grill.
Well, I did the baby backs on my new q. Man they came out juicy, tender, full of flavor. Used your recipe with just a few changes. Great recipe. Thanks for sharing. I’ve always been a wood or charcoal purest. I bought the Q to take out in the RV. I think I’m going to like theQ. I plan on trying more of your recipes.
That's great man. Still hard to beat charcoal and wood, but the Q has it's purpose and does a pretty solid job. Taking my Q camping today. Should be fun!
First time trying a dbp ever AWESOME do Not forget green onions. Had them with asparagus wrapped with rouladen slices and left over bacon from package bought for the taters, onions seal the deal ,I think I'm going to enjoy more of your ideas
Oh so nice, even without the cheese. Used to put my potatoes in tin foil and leave them in the charcoal after using the bbq for slow cooking. But, when shy of time, I've also put the potatoes in the microwave for a couple of minutes before putting them on my Weber Q gas grill ;) Still have a nice jacket potato flavor.
@@GallaghersGrub I did this last weekend for Father's Day. Everyone ended it up eating it. I forgot to pour the bacon bits with the mix. I knew something was missing when I was eating it.
I really enjoy your vids. They are very informative. On the twice baked taters I would also use a little garlic and sour cream. Keep theses good videos coming.
Looks Good. I'll have to try this. I think I'm going to get a 20 gallon propane tank to use with my Weber Q1200. I usually use my charcoal grills when the weather is nice but I really really like the Weber Q so I'll be using it more year around.
Fire Escape Griller mine would probably last a couple of years then as I'd use my Charcoal grills more in the spring, summer, and fall and my Weber Q1200 mostly in the winter. But I do plan on using it more year around. It's great for a quick grill session.
Mmmmmmmm! I will definitely try this on my Weber Q. Maybe even do them on my Kamado Joe Classic as well Keep the great recipes coming! Thanks for the videos!
Made them for the second time. This time i increased the amount of cheddar and bacon. This icreased the overall yumminess. This recipe is here to stay 😎
Thank you for the reply. I found this on Wiki en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cream#UK, Looks like I need some of what we call single cream and dilute it as you suggest with milk, probably skimmed to keep the fat content down. Stilling loving your videos show how versatile the Q1200 is. Desperate to mine out but weather here has been really poor. Have had a few cooks on my Weber Master Touch but cooking on the Q1200 can be quick and lots of fun.

Thank you, Anita. Enjoy your new Q, and stay tuned for new recipes. More vids are on the way.
Best videos ever on the Q , and thanks
Thanks for watching. I appreciate the kind words.
Twice baked spuds are the pinnacle of potato cookery. Nicely done, man!
Thank you sir! I've always enjoyed making them.
Thanks for being a great Q advocate, don’t have a 100 type series, but own a Q220, a 300, and a 320. Weber really designed a great gasser

To counter all the low carb recipes he was making, he drops the mic with an all carb recipe. Love it. 😄
So good! I love carbs. Just try not to eat them.
Hello from New Zealand. Going to have to give these a try as they look awesome! Had my q2200 about a week now. Love how it works as an oven as much as a grill.

Our mum used to mix tuna in the potato. It was a family favourite! I'm definitely going to try your recipe though.
Sounds great! Thanks for watching Jillian.

Definitely spritz or mop with a mopping sauce to keep them moist and let me know how they turn out.

Garlic and sour cream would be great. Made some recently with white cheddar and rosemary and they were practically begging for a steak. Cheers man!
thay look so yum, its good to see vegie ideas for the barbi
Thanks, Susan. Trying to mix things up with some vegetable recipes and not just protein.
This looks fantastic
Thanks Swati. Easy too!
Freakin awesome. Simple. Never thought I'd get excited about barbecuing potatoes when I bought my Q. 🤔🤔
Twice baked potatoes are amazing. Definitely give this one a try.
Looks Good. I'll have to try this. I think I'm going to get a 20 gallon propane tank to use with my Weber Q1200. I usually use my charcoal grills when the weather is nice but I really really like the Weber Q so I'll be using it more year around.
My 20-lb tank hasn't been changed since last summer. It's amazing how long it lasts.

Good idea i will tty this out on thanksgiving thanks dude
I love your videos! Thanks for your work!
Thank you. If people keep watching, I'll keep making vids.
Mmmmmmmm! I will definitely try this on my Weber Q. Maybe even do them on my Kamado Joe Classic as well Keep the great recipes coming! Thanks for the videos!
I need a Kamado Joe in my life. Let me know how they turn out and what variations you use.
Won't be this weekend. Lot's of rain forecast and I am a bit of a fair weather griller.
Looks Great! May try this with sweet potatoes. Great job as always.
I've actually never tried it with sweet potatoes. Let me know how it turns out.
Fire Escape Griller Will do!
Looks tasty!! Will try it out for sure. Thanks for sharing, grill on dude!!
Grill on, Calle!
Looks great.
Twice baked potatoes are simply the best.
Wow....that looks good!!
Thank you sir!
Thanks for another excellent video! I want to make a spicy ground beef version of this on the Weber Q!
Sounds great! I've also used ham, rosemary, chives, gruyere, etc. All excellent.
Dam fine video. Thank you.
Thats what she said @ 5:02

Can't go wrong with twice baked potatoes.

My girlfriend dont like patatoes, but liked this.

Subs are growing slowly but surely. Glad your GF liked the potatoes.
Made them for the second time. This time i increased the amount of cheddar and bacon.
This icreased the overall yumminess.
This recipe is here to stay 😎
These look so good! I'm curious. Could you make the potatoes and stuff them ahead of time and then heat them on the grill out of the fridge?
Yes, I think that would work. Haven't tried it, but it's a great idea.
Have fun.
Will do.
Very nice!
Thanks again for watching, JosephandElissa

Potatoes rule!!!!
Yessir, BBQRando. Thanks for watching.
👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks Mitchell. These potatoes were pretty great! Cheers!
What is half & half? I'm guessing it is either single or half cream in British English
1/2 milk & 1/2 cream
Thank you for the reply. What is half and half, milk & cream ?
Yes, half milk, half cream.
What is half n half ?
Half heavy cream, half whole milk
I think you need to add some chopped red capsicum (I think you call them peppers)
I think that's a fine idea Paul. Cheers man!
Should’ve added sour cream to the mix instead of the half and half
Good idea. Cheers!
