i have an issue where with the cable it affect my internet connexion a lot !! it's very slow when I plugged my phone but when I use the wi-fi it's kinda laggy. But with the cable it'S very smooth but the connexion is bad how do I fix this please ?
trying Epoccam Pro to stream to Facebook with a newer macbook and a iphone 14. and unlike what your video is saying on the fcebook setup page that i need to run camera hub on the mac, which is fine i guess. everything seems to be working but there is a massive delay between the sound and audio during the stream. this happens with both a usb (yes, high quality) and WI-FI (yes, it's a strong connection). if I stream using the mac's built in camera and mics everything is fine. please tell me there is a fix for this. thanks
If you have a macbook and iphone 14 why not just use the built in Continuity camera feature. It's native to apple and there is considerably less lag. It would just automatically turn your iphone into the webcam without the neeed for epoccam
I use this app and camera hub but it just disconnects on its own sometimes and then it says please keep camera hub open for virtual cam even though its open on my system
For the usb, make sure you are using a a genuine cable or a higher quality thunderbolt data sync cable. The third part cables may not work as well. For wifi i can only suggest ensuring the signal is strong and the router is close by to minimise interruption. Otherwise not much else can limit it. Also running OBS in as admin always helps (if you use obs that is). There will always be a TINY bit of latency due to limits of data transfer rates but otherwise there shouldn’t be a huge delay. Tweaking settings in OBS may help but its all depending on the specific issue you may be having
@@Kaiu24 I’m using iPhone XR and connected wired. I run the camera at 720p 30fps when it does it because 1080p freezes more at 30fps😏 I’ll be doing a recording almost an hour and look at the display on my laptop and I’m stuck with my green screen still moving 😂
@@experiencex70 the green screen may also be an issue but I’m not sure. The XR shouldnt have problems with 1080 30fps. I’ve not experienced it myself. Is it definitely the phone that freezes or OBS?
@@Kaiu24 OBS doesn’t freeze because after watching the recording you see me frozen and the audio and background of the green screen running. When I ran Camo it never did it but didn’t want to use it because it had a watermark, noticed they now allow you to remove the watermark so might just use the free version. Thanks for your help.
Hey i got a question ive been looking for and nobody can answer,I have a head set that has a mic and I have it plugged into my laptop, prior to hooking epoc up it worked and now since the epoc cam is hooked up the mic doesn’t work what so ever. Do I have to get the $8.00 upgrade for my mic to work from the laptop again?
Hey man I've been looking for this kind of review with longer recording with eppocam. Thank you, subbed! Keep it up!
It connects to the hub but now I have no picture. I don’t know how to fix it and it’s frustrating.
Chroma key is to create a green screen effect. Great video, very helpful for getting started.
Thanks for the info! Now I know! Glad you liked it!
May I know how to set up the audio in zoom ?
I can do every task you demonstrate unless the audio one. Thanks a lot!
Can i use the iphone wide view camera?? I only see front and back but i need the wide view of my iphone12
Yes you should be able to
@@Kaiu24 - not seeing this option in Camera Hub
Dude, if I take a pic of vid, where do I find it?? I don’t see anywhere to access that

What system / device are you running this on?
Well. I have the battery drain problem and as I need to use it daily, it’s unusable.
Any tips on how to get rid of delay while using usb & WiFi?

Which iphone are you using? And how is it connected? Wired or wireless?

Does your phone overheat when you use it for a certain amount of time?
Depends on what its running. With Epocam on it can get quite hot after a while
@@Kaiu24 what do you suggest on that problem? Im planning to use it as a streaming cam and it might be a abig saver rather using logitech cams

What programs/apps are you trying to get the mic to work in. Sometimes changing the primary mic in windows settings helps. Have you tried that?
