I’m so excited!! I adopted a puppy who ended up being a 70lb dog who prefers to take mom for a walk. I’ve twisted my knee several times walking her and have been wondering if there is anything to do to strengthen my knees. Thank you!!

At 65, I’m losing my balance at random times; would you please share stretching exercises? My job is physically/manual labor intensive. I’m on my feet for 8 hours. The first 5 hours(4am-9am) are nonstop. Also, what to eat before, during and after such an intensive morning, to help my muscles, keep me energized and for helping my muscles rebound? Thanks
