    I’m so excited!! I adopted a puppy who ended up being a 70lb dog who prefers to take mom for a walk. I’ve twisted my knee several times walking her and have been wondering if there is anything to do to strengthen my knees. Thank you!!

    Thank you ! I have torn my meniscus a few times and this is very helpful !! All I have been doing is wall squats nice to have other exercises!

      As long as you feel comfortable and able, yes! Any kind of activity is good for you and especially when it comes to working on every part of your body. I do suggest you take at least 1-2 rest days per week for your body to recover .

    At 65, I’m losing my balance at random times; would you please share stretching exercises?
    My job is physically/manual labor intensive. I’m on my feet for 8 hours. The first 5 hours(4am-9am) are nonstop. Also, what to eat before, during and after such an intensive morning, to help my muscles, keep me energized and for helping my muscles rebound? Thanks

      Well I can’t give you all the answers in one comment, I can at least cover the basics!
      First things first you want to make sure that you’re in a caloric deficit, meaning that you are burning more calories out than you are putting in. The best way to find this is by filling out your information in this link www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html and it will give you the number of calories you'll need to eat to lose 1-2lbs per week. If you want to speed up the process, that’s where your diet comes into play. Fixing your eating habits and having cleaner and less processed food. If you’d like the best information click the link below and check out all the programs for you to choose from and even some videos with some great information and insight on where you want to go in your life .

    My physiotherapist tells me to cycle for 30 minutes every day. To get rid of the little bit of moisture of my knee cap and knee cavity. But can i also do this workout in the meantime?
