This was the most awesome journal and planner video I've watched on RUclips yet. I'm so glad your channel came up on my recommended. Going to binge watch you most definitely.

You could make an index catalog for your pocket bullet journals, take a photo of the index in each of them and put them all in one notebook together, highlight index entries you might want, or need to, reference in the distant future, that way you don't have to look through each one you just have to look through your index index! You could also do this for trackers or calendars if you document things you will need to future reference, hey, I might do this now, lol, thanks for sparking the idea!

I enjoyed seeing your different books and your set ups. I look forward to seeing your planning system for next year. I think I will add a leuchttern a6 squared for short daily notes, to dos, and whatever. The only thing I really track is re occurring appointments and home maintainence tasks. I have to admit that I have bought several different size books in a year and then don’t end up using all of them but still want to use them for common place and reference and idea books. I like to have an on the go book smaller book like an a6 and then an a5 size book. For some reason I have always felt a little cramped in a weeks and I don’t like that the grid is not on the left page. So I may go with a weeks from sterling ink. I’m going to try a .4 or .5 pen to see if that will help my writing. I like getting ideas on formatting tasks, etc. I think you’re really funny and so enjoyed your humor about your planning and planners. I just wish I had more to say in my books besides fundamental stuff. I think I need to go on an adventure so that I can validate my love for stationery products.

This is a great video but I don't know if you notice that your voice constantly goes close and far away from the microphone...it's really hard to listen to a narrative video that is like that

I don't want to make your choice any more difficult by adding more options but...
Do you know Paper Republic? It is a European company. They make beautiful leather notebooks and they can create your personalized leather notebook at L’atelier. Maybe they can create your perfect cover. Take a look.
    I really like your videos.

I missed the live but watched this back later (after my kids went back to sleep as it was 8pm where I am).
I just wondered, after you’ve shown the planners, your systems and your thoughts about next years planners, I was wondering if you would do a video on how you decorate your planners now as you’ve said you’ve moved away from stickers/doodle more yourself now and also that you’d gotten rid of your Tombow markers. I’m interested to know how you watercolour in your planners, what sort of things you tend to watercolour. Do you doodle little icons for things you want to stand out or just a doodle of something that happened, for example some new clothes or something you’ve bought?
The reason I ask is as much as love stickers and things, I’m finding myself unable to afford to purchase them all the time and was looking at watercolouring my own doodles/icons. I find your spreads and chatty videos very therapeutic at the moment. Forgive the long message. Little overwhelmed right now.
    Thanks in advance.

I wish Hobonichi would do a weeks layout (weekly) in a larger planner as well. I will go with the Weeks Mega and TC weekly + memo.

I haven’t finish watching this yet but would you consider a Hobonichi sized Good Ink pressions in a 5mm grid as your bullet journal?

hi. I’ve been using Midori travelers notebooks for many years and have loved them for the flexibility etc. I now have many colors - 6 in all - as I love the leather. I’ve been watching all the Hobonichi weeks videos ready to make the change for 2024. My plan now is to use the weeks for abbreviated minimalistic plans. And then I will use all my travelers notebooks for separate subject bullet journaling. The categories for my TNs are Health, Social/Adventure, Crafts/career/home, finances, learning, My Life Stories. Anyways, more ideas for all the planners.

Have you considered using a Sterlink Ink Weeks size planner and layout? She uses a bigger grid, but somehow offers more space on the page…

The Common Planner now comes in more sizes. 😉 That's what I'm using next year instead of my usual Weeks (a bit scared of that change to be honest) and I ordered another Weeks sized Common Planner in vertical for work. Hope they'll work out for what I need them to.

Sorry. I find music distracting. Not just yours. I love quiet and simply listening to the presenter. Thank you for asking!
