    I'd been trying to lose weight for decades. I'd lose and gain even more. I stumbled across IF quite by accident because I was just so tired after work that I started coming home and going straight to bed...no dinner. Well, the weight just started falling off and it is def easier for me not to eat at all. I feel great, have energy and I'm eating good healthy food that I love and I do occasionally eat something sweet but my taste buds have changed so much that I now crave salads! There was a time that I didn't even consider salad as food! The best part is I'm down 96 lbs and counting and I will never go back to eating 3 meals a day...it just isn't necessary. I'm no longer obsessed with food and at 66, I have a life!!! It's just the best thing going and I thank God for it every day. It's the only thing that has really worked for me and is completely sustainable.

    Iv stopped eating after 7pm and getting great results, your body adjusts over time

      I don’t remember for sure but it is normally 5 to 9 months for most people in my program that lose around 100 pounds.
