酱油不能直接放吗，为什么先放另一个锅里加温？除了多洗一个锅，意义何在？还有料头的味道已经非常浓郁了，烹饪的过程中会被鱼肉吸收，用葱姜担前腌制，我觉得意义不大。希望你看到我的留言后将制作方法按照我说的改良，剔除错误的部分。
