There’s just so much *’woah’!!!*
Ney absolutely hitting it out of the park with casual apocalyptic worldbuilding and nonchalant gore is my favorite genre
"looks like there will be a chance of rain later tonight, of the H2O variety
but, as usual, all public bunker doors will remain open as precaution until 6am"
that implies that:
1- the rain can and will often be of something different to H2O
2- the weather forecast can still be wrong so the rain might be one of the _not_ water variety even if they expect to be (just like irl misses rainy days)
3- they need bunkers to take cover from it, so normal or light overhead covers are expected to not hold against other varieties of rain
4- they are " _public_ bunkers" so there are private or personal bunkers for the richer
It could also imply that there are some things there that are harmed by H2O as well

There are probably also just bunkers that are like, not exactly public, not necessary "for the rich" but it may be like office spaces with bunkers or factories - in USSR every factory had a bunker, my friend had his workshop set up in one for a few years. It's reasonable, you have hundreds of people there working every day in two shifts, so having a bunker right on the premise makes sense
Can also be some kind of world where the air is so polluate that the rain is more like acid rain.
Asian grandma might be my favorite recurring background character. It tell me “if she can live peacefully in this strange world, so can I.”

Her presence in Ney’s urban scenes is like a signal that folks there are not total monsters despite their appearance, and that the strange place has its own kind of normalcy when you get used to it. I mean *obviously* I suspect she’s stabbed someone in the eye with her knitting needles once or twice, but the point is _she doesn’t have to._

Most impressive bit about Neytrix is her ability to incorporate actual bat-satelite stupidity into serious situations.

We've got the whole cinematic world coming together with scenes and Phoenix - damn, I wouldn't be surprised if the revamped scooby gang cameoed in an upcoming episode - this whole world started off being just some goofy idea with then getting Brilliant ads and now an actual OC haven with UnVale fitting so neatly into the story and everything just looks so amazing and grungy and perfect
I love when you show a beautiful scene for like 3 seconds and than just move on as if nothing happened.
Whoever voice acted that billboard sign owner did a great job.
Also, I loved the fact during the interrogation, the man was using a Luger pistol to intimidate his source.

I could never have imagined that all the small stories and videos you've made could have coalesced into something as grand as this. It all looks so, so good! And the brightness and colour you bring to it with your style just makes this (I expect, utterly hellish) world look so damn inviting and beautiful.

Eldritch horror is waiting around some random corner and I ain't walking into that.

i am instantly in love with this setting. the pure chaos and impossible diversity with wider plots happening at the same time that people are living mundane lives in a city that is as far from mundane as is possible
Richard Carpington always covers the best news stories, but something about Madeline Sardine's late night news always has me staying up to watch
This could easily be a good pilot for a TV show, like this world gives me major cyberpunk vibes mixed with that odd sprinkle of Undertale/Deltrarune.
Like each character was interestingly funny and unique but honestly the world of Zone 83 is an interesting concept that I kinda wanna see a TV show on. Love the humor you already have it's getting interesting.

I am so lucky this randomly popped into my recommendation feed. Having binged all the videos in this series, this new video has to be one of the coolest damn things I’ve ever seen! It’s genuinely really inspiring. I’m not nearly as good at art as you are, but it makes me think that if I keep practicing and get there one day, I could tell my stories in such a stunning, cinematic fashion. Thank you for that burst of inspiration!

Neytirix, i swear to god, this just may be your best video yet. I've recently become a massive fan of ambiance, ambient music, and immersion in art and games, and as a fan of your art in general, this video made me fold inside out because of how amazing it is. Seeing all the characters and creatures from your previous videos adds a bit of nostalgia, not to mention the ANIMATION?? HELLO???
I'm not even joking Ney, this video spoke to me, and not just because of the lore (which is getting JUICY by the way), but because of the worldbuilding that you've done. This world feels so natural and modern, yet retains the taste of fantasy and combines all kinds of different creatures into a single world. I really want to type more about how epic and amazing this is, but I'm actually at a loss for words.
You NEVER fail to impress me Ney. You're getting better and better every video you make, and you are increasingly inspiring me more and more. I just finished watching the video but I already can't wait to watch it again and find all the little things I missed.

This world/series is honestly just TOO sick. The fact that you were ablw to incorporate not only the premise of redesigning OCs, but also every SINGLE sponsor into the world itself is just SO incredible! All done in an an amazongly captivating way too!
Gotta say, I absolutely love Zone 83. It seems like an awesomely chaotic place for character creation/lore development
God I love this, not only is it charming but it's blended with the unsettling in just the perfect amount. What I seem to notice in settings that attempt this is that they either land being too serious or too goofy and it tends to throw things out of wack. Neytirix here has done an excellent job balancing it, so that the charm isn't too out of place and so that the unsettling hits just the right amount.

OH MY GOD- I will never be able to express how much the creation and expansion of this world impresses me and never ceases to impress! I mean... I was here while all this was just Speedpaint of so many fandons arts (which inspired me to get into digital art, at least as a hobby)! This universe that has been built is incredible and I would love to dive into it (even though I probably wouldn't survive even 30 minutes in it, but I think my toxic trait is thinking I could).
Anyway, it's always good to thank you immensely for your hard work and for allowing us to see all your creations, which were made with so much effort! Looking forward to more from Zone 83!

I love getting to finally see zone 83 with all the places together, the events all being brought together in a timeline (phoenix animatic, the pony, Godzilla, etc. etc.) and the introduction of the villain at the end, and the detective brother (i forget his name)… I'm getting way to excited over this, excellent work as always!
