Hi florency please le me know why do you add tomato ketchup and flour to the mixture. Will breadcrumbs not dry the croquettes Will the sausages cook with the mince as sausages take long time to cook
Hello, Don :) You can eliminate the pork; it will still be delicious!✨ The pork sausages play a contributing role, and can be done away with. Hope that helped 💫
Hello, Rufina :) I've used beef mince, but you can use mutton/chicken as per choice. Chicken takes lesser time to cook compared to red meats, so that's the only change, rest all is the same. Also, the chorisos are optional. Hope you find this helpful ✨

Hello Binnie :) I used to encounter the same issue. Try frying it on low-medium heat, and maintain the flame throughout. Also, make sure the oil is not too hot when you begin adding the croquettes to fry them. Hope this helps 💫
