Hello Jocyleen :) The water (juices) that remains at the top is completely normal; you have to allow the meat to cool in the dish, and it will gradually reabsorb the juices. This will make the resulting luncheon moist and delicious 😋 So glad you tried it! Thank you❤️
Made the recipe for sandwiches, Florency. Substituted the chillies with 2 tbsp red chilli flakes and a tbsp of cracked pepper. They all disappeared in a jiffy! Mmmm, nom, nom, nom!

Yeah, many recipes call for boiling the meat; if it's wrapped in a casing then it's no problem at all, but steaming helps for a tin mould. This recipe is more of a kitchen tip or ‘jugaad’😌 Aslam, you seem to enjoy cooking so much, thank you for sharing your excitement here! 🤗
