Hello guys welcome back, Today I am sharing with you chicken salami recipe.

Ingredients:
NOTE : All videos in English will be transferred to my ENGLISH CHANNEL HERE; / @byeya
- 1Lb (450gr) of organic chicken breast
- 100 ml cold water
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp of sugar
Let it simmer for 2 hours at 80 ° C / 175 ° F

Update: I've just made it, & it came out perfect. The steps are easy to follow. I used a tin can with a lid, & it took an hour to cook.

how many days does it store for? If it lasts for atleast 2 weeks that would be prime. If not, is there a food safe preservative that can be added to make it last longer?

Hello. As long as is not boiling over is fine. I will say medium low but keep an eye on it. I m in US too but I use a thermometer

Thank you so much for the simple recipe, but how do you maintain the temperature at 175 degrees for 2 hours on the stovetop?
Use a thermometer to monitor the temperature or better yet use one of those pots with lids that have inbuilt theremotre, adjust the heat from the stove and monitor the temperature reading until you get a fairly constant temperature freading, the temperature must not flactuate above 5 degrees celcius below or above the recommended temperature.

How to bind the salami??? I've made it, it's perfect, but after chilling & cutting slices, the slice crumbles. So what is the binding agent to use???
Can same be done with beef ?
Mine turned out crumbly:( I must've mistaken somewhere but not sure where. Any help please? Also, i didn't have parchment paper so wrapped aluminium foil instead. Could that be the reason?

Just tell me if I can put any cloth beneath the mug/Tumblr before cooking?
I think the one above is to protect meat from steam, and the one below is to protect the cup from the hot metal. But I think putting the cloth there is dangerous. I am also not sure.

Very easy and so good I don't like ginger so I didn't add that I did add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of onion powder it was sooooo good thanks
