From the anthemic sound of the opening track “Walk The Earth” - to the heavy vibe that is “Haze”, from the instant melody of “Election Day” to the lyrical content of “Kingdom United”, “Walk The Earth” is the album that should see Europe rightly acclaimed as a band at the height of their powers. The wonderful melodies and depth of Joey Tempest’s vocals along with a powerhouse rhythm section and the guitar playing of John Norum, one of the great underrated guitarists. Norum’s guitar playing shines across the record. This is an album that is big in its scope and sound. Much like previous album “War Of Kings”, “Walk The Earth” is an album that has instant appeal but is also an album that needs to be lived with, in order to uncover it’s depth. The album was recorded at famed Abbey Road Studios in London with Grammy winning producer Dave Cobb (Rival Sons, Shooter Jennings, Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton).

Walk The Earth and War of Kings to me blow away the album The Final Countdown, and I like that album. I have been a fan since Wings Of Tomorrow, but like their last 5-6 albums better than the older material.

I don't listen to Europe as much as i used to but they got me into rock and metal music so they have a special place in my heart and i am glad to see them still putting out great records.

I love this band.I never used to,but since they reformed amazing purple patch of immense quality of albums, begining with Last Look at Eden.Norum is incredible,amazing tone,never overplays.

A demon is the spirit of a dead person. Look at him now - he looks terrible and it's not because of age, he looks like he is 100 years old, he has no voice, look at his devilish face expressions, obscene gestures etc., he looks nothing like the real Joey Tempest. it's not even a comparison. A real Joey Tempest was a totally different person and not because of hair or looks only, real Joey had totally different personality, he was a very caring and loving and amazingly talented person and he would never behave like this devil, real Joey truly had love for his fans and what about this horrid demon ? - he admitted himself that he doesn't care what fans say, they just mean nothing for him. He doesn't think about making 80's music at all because it wasn't him who was singing The Final Countdown, Carrie or Rock the Night and all those amazingly beautiful songs. It was the real Joey who was singing them but sadly he ceased to exist because this devil threw his soul out of his body. This devil entered this band 29 years ago and since then this band went downhill. A lot of people have stopped listening to them since 2004 but he doesn't care and he still do this whole farce because he hates people and he only does it still for his own benefits. This all is not a joke, this is very serious and it's all true, I'm Catholic and I would never said such a gruesome things, if it all wasn't the truth. Everybody should know this and you should tell him all of this when you meet him, he needs to know what is happening to try to kill this demon that is inside his body for so long. Please help the real Joey Tempest come back, he was the most incredible person in the world and he deserves it like no one else.in the world.
Have to say I am loving Europe. Absolutely love all their songs. But this one is my favourite. They are legend, I will never tire of their music.. just waiting to see them live again, saw them in Dublin in May and they were fantastic 👏 come back to Ireland Europe please !!!
Been with them since 1986. After the "second coming" 2004, they´ve done whatever they like and somehow, created good music, great records and walked their own way. I gladly walk alongside, as long it´s time to say farewell. Thank you Europe for the past 30+ years, maybe there´s couple of miles or whatever left in our engine !!!

Again Europe continues to impress. Great European sound with the keyboards great guitar riffs one of the best rhythm sections out there vocals right on production stellar.

I adore this band. I have loved them for a long time. And it's not true when some people say that the only one famous song of them is Final Cowntdown.
I’ve been listening to Europe for 30 years and in my opinion, they are one of the few bands that have such a diverse music sound and style. And with each passing year, they just get better and better. I regret not being able to see them in concert.....yet.....only because they never had a concert remotely close to my state (Oregon). Or even in the surrounding states. Such a bummer too. Not just for me but for all Europe fans in Oregon, USA. Truly a great sounding band with an exceptional singer/songwriter! And thank you!
I'm on the same boat, 'cause I live in Canada. They've came here just once: in 2005. Fortunately, I was there (with my mom for Mother's Day). Drove almost 12 hours by bus just to get there. This was the best day of my life!! May 8, 2005 will always be engraved in my memory. Got the chance to meet them all after the show. They're the best!!

Well done Europe. Excellent song and album. The great thing about this band (and very rare to be honest) is that those guys are making progress over the years instead of recycling the same style and type of songs like many of the bands from the 70's and 80's that we grew up with their songs. Again, well done !

These guys have surpassed the regular rock genre, They are things to come, lucky for us the are still right under 60 years old, with over 30 years experience they continue to blow me away. I'm about to be 59 in January.

First rock band I ever listened to. I was 10 when I first heard The Final Countdown and saw the video on a tv show. 31 years later, I am still a big fan of Sweden's finest.

Wow.... what a great song this is. So heavy and emotional at the same time?! That's what makes Europe so unique. This is definitely the best I've heard from them since the Reunion album, and Joey really seems to have regained some vocal strength as well! Also, greta that they have developed some of the melodic traits which were significants with them during the 80s :)
