    • @TheElectricScooterGuy
      @TheElectricScooterGuy  Год назад +2

      Dualtron thunder 2 for sure you can't compare a kaabo to a dualtron because dualtrons are Korean first off not Chinese and the quality is way better why do u think the wolf king GT pro is only $3500 but yet its got better stats than the dualtron thunder 2 but the dualtron thunder 2 is $4500 and thats because besides the motors and controllers the rest of the scooter is made with cheap parts like the rear suspension the cartridges split after 500 miles if that there so cheap, on my kaabo i had to change all the screws and bolts to stainless steel because the ones that come with the scooter are so cheap they shear off on you it happened to me with my wolf warrior 11+ 5 screws sheared off on me and imo the folding mechanism is cheap too it makes craking noises when u go over big bumps, the handle Grips are super cheap too the rubber wears off quick so imo the dualtron all the way!

    The rotors being on opposite sides is actually a good thing when it comes to safety. This is to prevent the scooter from drifting to one side or the other when breaking hard at high speeds. This could potentially prevent a crash if you ever needed to stop on a dime. It may not be appealing to the eye, but there is definitely a reason for this upgrade.

    • @waynecameron8253
      @waynecameron8253 Год назад

      I agree also.More stability under braking at high speeds.
      Having the rotors on opposite sides(left front and right rear) helps to counter the tendency of the braking torque to pull/steer the scooter to one side.They cancel out each other,producing more straight stability under braking.
      One of many reasons why high performance motorcycles have two rotors up front.

      @@TheElectricScooterGuyWhere i live, the bike path near the LA River was giving me on average, one flat tire each week, and that is with riding on the bike path sometimes four times each day. After learning about the self sealing/self healing tire technology, that ended my flat tire experiences. not one flat after installing those tires. and i’m really grateful to not have to use the messy liquids i was using in my tires previously.
      i had a segway gt1 for awhile, and that was my favorite scooter for stability at all speeds. i didn’t like that it was big, or i should say, heavy, but i loved the scooter so much for every other reason, especially the controls ergonomics, that i totally forgot about how heavy it was, or it just stopped bothering me all together. in fact, i wanted to make it heavier with a larger battery, much larger. i would like at least, a 60amp hour battery (and as near 100 volts as possible, more than 100 volts is also okay) because i travel far each day, and need this range.
      one day i will have a segway gt2 because i loved the segway gt1.
      all of my scooters will have self sealing/self healing tires, thumb or twist throttle, and as close to 60amp hour battery as possible. and higher voltage is preferable. i just love the response of high voltage, and the lower amp draw of higher voltage (less heat at same load as low voltage).

    I think the only reason it's higher in the rear is because they modded the existing frame to shove a real shock in there which of course is longer. people are doing 60 miles per hour on the wolf worior gt pro without steering stabilization, now that is rock solid. i want that on all of my scooters. and that means i will likely be selling the nami burn e viper, dualtron thunder, and dualtron storm. i require absolute stability at maximum speeds.
    for a long time, i was happy on my scooters at around 25 miles per hour. but now, after a few years of riding, i find that i am maxing the speed of all of my scooters, regularly.
    and, all of my scooters have good quality steering stabilizers on them.

    I hope this scooter can come with a little more amp hour capacity battery. 45 amp hour, or even 50 amp hour would be absolutely great. i think this scooter is high enough off of the ground that there is a lot of space below the scooter to add more battery capacity. i don’t mind the extra weight. i was going to buy the dualtron x limited, which is close to 200 pounds. weight is no longer a factor.
    i felt that it was a big mistake, or misunderstanding, when dualtron made the large capacity battery of the storm limited without the ability to remove the battery. i don’t care if the battery weighs 50 pounds, i want the choice and ability to easily remove the battery. i love removable battery design.
    this scooter would be perfect if it had a 45 or up to at least, a 55 amp hour battery, same or a little higher voltage (like the dualtron x limited or dualtron storm limited (both 84 volt systems, which i think is 94 volts when fully charged)
    keep the removable battery design (always), meaning from now on. its just awesome in every way that matters most.
    self sealing, self healing tires. hybrid tires are perfect! thank you for adding these! (please make them self sealing) okay, i think i’m repeating myself.
    so excited about this scooter.
    and love the sine wave controllers.
    as much as everyone loves the on/off switch of square wave controllers, i think its nice to have more subtle control of that power, which can only be delivered by sine wave.
    i like that this scooter is utilizing the smooth sine wave controller.
    i like the rear suspension, in the latest design, i hope the scooter can be lowered a little. that appears to be quite a step down, every time i stop and then go again(stepping down to the ground and then leaving a stop, for red lights and such)
    looking forward to riding this spaceship soon!

    Since there's a wolf king gtr, I would suspect q4 2023 or q1 2024 there will be a kaabo mantis king gtr.
    For the wolf king gtr, seems like they removed that sharp point on the kickstand. The built in alarm system is seriously super good, no need to rely on external attachments. It's strange but the rotors on my kaabo mantis king gt are on the opposite side too yet it doesn't impact the look as much as this wolf gtr. This gtr is seriously a monstrosity. Can't imagine this fitting well with alot of car trunks. Folding it may be a night mare.
    Aside from the mantis king gt, I'd opt for a teverun fighter 11+ 😂 although that's in the $3500 price range. I think I did see it for $2799 on minimotors however there's two variants with one model having a larger 60v35ah battery.

    Firstly, there is no such thing as an off-road electric scooter. The battery components are welded together. Vibrations will cause those components to lose their adherence overtime. The scooters are designed to take on the rigors of commuting on city streets and roads. They are no way designed to be taken off road. The biggest thing that proves that the scooters are not made for off Roading or the brake rotors no one would ever design a breaking system like that for an off road vehicle. Also, your subjective comments about its appearance mean nothing, the brakes are on opposite sides so that they don’t pull on one side of the scooter when applied causing you to go off balance. The scooter is raised in height so that you can be seen in traffic. Stop being subjective and try being objective. When you do these reviews no one wants to hear you complain about what you don’t like about a scooter. Keep that to yourself. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to buy it but I assure you that the upgrade me to the Scooter., or to make it more robust, riding in traffic and on city roads. Constant creators in American marketers are marketing these vehicles as off-road or ATV, this is a $4000 vehicle designed to ride on city streets, not bounce around on gravel and rocks and uneven terrain, just imagine, riding back deep in some trails off road and this thing breaking down and you having to push it back it’s not made for off-road it is electric it has components that are connected that are literally allergic to intense vibrations.

    The tire width looks smaller than the WKGT's 3.5 inch wide tires 😑

      Ikr I noticed that too I think there so ugly and I think the stock KAABO wolf king GT pro has 4inch wide tires

    I was waiting on the WK GT replacement or upgrade. Totally turned off by at least half of the changes. No thanks. I pre-ordered an Inmotion RS last week instead. I'm sure it will have some things I'll want to address, but this GTR looks like a disaster needing a complete makeover!

    it truly boggles my mind why this beast isnt fitted with minimum, 13" tires. i mean just look at it, its body is designed for bigger wheels. if it were up to me, these would be fitted with 14 x 5 tires. they fill up the look of the scooter perfectly.
    i also wish this was an 84 volt system
    finally, i dunno what makes them think "boost mode" is a good idea. its annoying on every scooter that shite has been implemented on. cool down periods, double throttle press, all that crap is goofy and irritating.
    the improvement from the king to the king gt was immense, but this, this is lackluster.

    1 last thing. they are claiming what, 13kw of peak power?
    where is that coming from?
    its a 72v system which peaks at 84 and its using a single controller which tops out at 110. thats a total of just over 9kw....where the fuk is the other 4kw coming from???

    I've been wondering what the WKGT successor would bring and I really hope this isn't it. Too high, too heavy and no power upgrade. 10 more amps while adding 13lbs to an already heavy scooter is meaningless. I really hope this is a joke. A bad one.
    I'll give points for a removeable battery and traction control but that's it. Very disappointing.

    • @TheElectricScooterGuy
      @TheElectricScooterGuy  Год назад +1

      Yup this is it the wolf king GTR lol I agree its horrible design way to heavy and they made it way higher in the front and the back and kept the same battery and with all that extra weight that battery won't last long the wolf king GT is way better

    Its a ugly scooter period that's why I never bought that scooter too lol 😆
    I would go for the dualtron 3, inmotion RS, or teveran supreme.
    At some point there will be a teveran supreme 7260R im not sure if it's a new model or just a refined version of the supreme has 13 inch tires with a 70v 60ah battery with more superior braking system not no fawkin zoom brakes .
