When you fit the clutch basket that is the time that you need to time up the balance shaft, the crank needs to be at TDC. There is a mark on the crankcase that need to line up with the 'pip' on the primary gear. At the same time there is a mark on the gear that drives the balance shaft, it must line up with a mark on the engine case. If you don't do this the engine will be very badly out of balance!
I've just bought a H100. Planned to do a little restore project & sell on but having seen it, heard it, sat on it and stripped it down to fit in an average car I've kind of fallen in love with it a little. So light and simple.
Here's a tip I got off a CZ rider: Preserve the life if any 2T motor with dummy kicks prior to every cold start. 3 goes in the kick-start, ign off choke on, to coat the big and small ends. Nice work and good luck!
Don't it suck when the 8mm clutch cover bolts are all slight different lengths! Great work. You've only gotta make one teeny mistake and the whole thing's a fur cup.

Im now sticking on a malossi 110cc bore kit on mine from a honda mb80, straight bolt on, the expansion pipes fit as well with minimum effort
