This was the most memorable quote for me when I first watched the show years ago.
I was just a boy when I started watching "Dynasty", "Dallas" and "Knots Landing". Joan Collins was so beautiful, as was Linda Evans. It was a decade of excess.

#8 is the best of the 40 ! When Dominique left, the show wasn't fun anymore. However, when the writers brought in Sable Colby for season 9, she made it FUN to watch again. Sable and Dominique were EXCELLENT with the clapbacks! 😂

Brings me back to the Excess and Exhilaration of the 1980’s, when we lived for the next episode of Dynasty, relishing every sumptuous character, with their searing looks and scathing dialogue.

OMG, I remember Dynasty as a child, to look at this Now & see them all, What performance & The Clothes, The clothes, Hats were exquisite. Most of all these Women Actresses. Some fan wrote about their Beauty & yes some where, but I notice ONE actress was left out of that, so I will put her at the Top as well when it came to Beauty, Diana Carroll. If only we could go back in time, as one would ask what soap show would you like to bring Back, IT WOULD BE DYNASTY, where I could Really get to enjoy ever word that was written, & how these Actors portrayed those Written scripts to perfection. So Beautiful to see this again & well edited. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES.

John Forsyth was not even a block of wood, he was wallpaper. Had it not been for the women the show would have been forgotten on episode one and him with it.
It's ok to be a J.F. hater if you want! But for us, Lady's He was older, eye candy😂 John was a very good actor he did start off like a J.R Ewing but he did change his characters dynamics. He loved his family and tried to be an honest businessman in a business that You have to have a backbone or ruthlessness to survive.😅 Finally, let's go there, J.F was very handsome when he was younger.Now I'm not to crazy about a lot of gray hair but Blake was very sexy older guy especially when he smiled ❤ and Blake was a big romantic guy when he wasn't fighting to save his company and dealing with Alexis trifling a$$ self 😂😂RIP John😇

Yeah, he was a boring actor to watch. His facial expression was always the same except when he smiled. Linda Evans wasn’t that great either though she was beautiful. Heather Locklear was spunky at least.

Nice. Please try editing Charlie's Angel's into Dynasty. I think its in episode 6 that Charlie reveals he has an ex wife. Sammy Jos mother should be Jill Munroe. (Reference Mother Angel episode) And Jaclyn Smith did a movie (The Users) with John Forsythe.

I appreciate the work. I am sure it is a big undertaking - yet I see many 5 minute long full scenes posted as individual videos. How do those creators get away with uploading the entirety of a scene on RUclips and not get ‘blocked’?
@@alantes Good question. They may be of worse quality or recorded from TV. Also some are for promo. Even the Dynasty music from the Pilot, without film, was deleted. The top 10 videos have slightly longer clips. Have a good year. Toni
I really didn't like the editing on this video. The last few words of every scene were fading out along with the visual. What should have been a fun walk down memory lane ended up being so annoying I didn't even get a third of the way through.
Sorry about that, I´ll try to improve my editing in future videos. You have english subtitles that may help you too. Thanks. Toni
@@supersoaps I had the subtitles on, Toni. It just felt really strange to keep cutting away from scenes a few seconds before they actually ended. It was an off-putting choice, and I don't think it worked well at all. You can still incorporate your style without cutting off every scene prematurely. I don't want to discourage you; I've watched more videos than I can count on this channel, and up until now, I've enjoyed them all. Just don't let style eclipse highlighting each scene in a way that lets the viewers enjoy each moment. You can finish the scene (and maybe even give a few second afterwards for the viewer to adjust) without rushing into the next scene like the devil will take your soul if you don't finish up in x amount of time.
