My brother and I played this game together. We were both bummed to find out it wasn't getting a sequel. IT was one of the best open world zombie games. The story was cool the characters were awesome. It was just a great experience.

The Last of Us is great to experience, sure, and some people will get enjoyment with repeat "watches" but the gameplay is very just kinda what it is. Days Gone feels like it at least wants you to experiment and olay how you want to. You can go balls out on a horde or methodically plan your way around them, or do what I do and putter down hill on my bike at .5 mph faster than a freaker run speed and slowly headshot them all.

I wouldn't say it's underrated... I think people are forgetting that when this game launched it was in a God awful state and the flack it received was very much justified. Now that a lot of time has passed the game is much better, but sadly for this game it was just too little far too late, Sony had no faith in a revival.

Most underrated game I history. Incredible graphics, unbelievable story, amazing characters. This game will always hold a special place in my heart, after gaming for 22 years this game managed its way into my top 3 favorite.
The story itself was heading towards something amazing - but they ruin it by bringing his wife back.. the whole game was about letting go of the past - Boozer letting go of his biker gang, Deacon and Boozer confronting their past with Carlos.. but then Deacon just leaves everyone and declines a relationship with another woman - to go find his wife.. it didn’t feel right with the rest of the story.

People hate on this game so much but damn, my #1 zombie game of all time, the hoards are so fun to try to fight, all the guns are cool and operate very different, I liked the bike customization and money system and damn it I liked the story😂 the map is really cool and you’ll be fighting hoards in each different terrain. Also the deep cave hoard is genuinely one of the most terrifying experiences I’ve had gaming
After you finish the game you need to ride around for a while, finish up hordes etc etc, and you get a message on the radio to go to the cemetery and the cut scene starts!
One of my favourite games. I was moved to tears in some of the scenes, it is just so well written. The gameplay was awesome, the world was awespme, everything. Genuinely terrifying the first few times coming across a horde. If it never gets a sequel i'm fine with it. I consider it a genuine masterpiece of art. Sam Witwer will forever have my undying love and respect.
Days gone is an absolute masterpiece. I’m actually doing a 2nd play through now. I saw where Sony bend studios actually hired back some of the original devs that worked on this title and are planning to release a new ip set in the same world as Days gone, or they’re using the same system. Either way I hope it definitely gets a sequel, one of the best zombie games in my opinion
That's the kind of pulpy twist that doesn't need an explanation. It's perfect on its own. It's for those of us who still have an imagination. It keeps you thinking after the story's over.
Never made it to the ending but that’s so confusing tho but it can easily be compared to gouls in fallout most of them are still human as in can talk need to eat and drink so on but then some are dumb and act like zombies maybe it’s similar thing

I wouldn't say it's underrated... I think people are forgetting that when this game launched it was in a God awful state and the flack it received was very much justified.
Now that a lot of time has passed the game is much better, but sadly for this game it was just too little far too late, Sony had no faith in a revival.

Most underrated game I history. Incredible graphics, unbelievable story, amazing characters. This game will always hold a special place in my heart, after gaming for 22 years this game managed its way into my top 3 favorite.

The story itself was heading towards something amazing - but they ruin it by bringing his wife back.. the whole game was about letting go of the past - Boozer letting go of his biker gang, Deacon and Boozer confronting their past with Carlos.. but then Deacon just leaves everyone and declines a relationship with another woman - to go find his wife.. it didn’t feel right with the rest of the story.

@@dutube99 Yeah and it's sad because the game is actually really good... The gameplay and story are gripping and intense, it kept making me wonder what's going to happen next and that made me come back just to find out... Not a lot of game can do that as most if you stop playing you don't think about it and just forget about playing them again.
@@jaypsplayed7622 something negative went down between Bend Studios and Sony, which hurt all the fans. I signed the petition for DG2 but to no avail. Maybe Bend's next game will be just as good or better.

There wasn't going to be a sequel, there was going to be entire 4th act facing off with the evolved zombies in the national park and the discovery of why the park is making them evolve so fast, sadly it ALL got cut
People hate on this game so much but damn, my #1 zombie game of all time, the hoards are so fun to try to fight, all the guns are cool and operate very different, I liked the bike customization and money system and damn it I liked the story😂 the map is really cool and you’ll be fighting hoards in each different terrain. Also the deep cave hoard is genuinely one of the most terrifying experiences I’ve had gaming
First off, I’m really glad to see all the love for this game. Second off, wtf… I’ve played the game three times and never saw this. My mind is blown!
After you finish the game you need to ride around for a while, finish up hordes etc etc, and you get a message on the radio to go to the cemetery and the cut scene starts!
I played this game to get over a very rough break up it was great! Helped me focus on other things for a while

Definitely in my top 5 best games I’ve ever played days gone was brilliant and I really enjoyed it from start to finish.
One of my favourite games. I was moved to tears in some of the scenes, it is just so well written.
The gameplay was awesome, the world was awespme, everything.
Genuinely terrifying the first few times coming across a horde.
If it never gets a sequel i'm fine with it.
I consider it a genuine masterpiece of art. Sam Witwer will forever have my undying love and respect.
Basically the world would adapt to zombisim not as a threat and eventually evolve into one causing everyone to be become freaks
Days gone is an absolute masterpiece. I’m actually doing a 2nd play through now. I saw where Sony bend studios actually hired back some of the original devs that worked on this title and are planning to release a new ip set in the same world as Days gone, or they’re using the same system. Either way I hope it definitely gets a sequel, one of the best zombie games in my opinion

Never made it to the ending but that’s so confusing tho but it can easily be compared to gouls in fallout most of them are still human as in can talk need to eat and drink so on but then some are dumb and act like zombies maybe it’s similar thing

@@azmanabdula if I remember correctly there like 3 different camps and each one has its own missions and money just for that camp it’s not shared but it’s basically just a survival game and the story is actually pretty good I enjoyed what I played but the bike is hard work sometimes lol

I remember when Days Gone was on release. Those magical days of watching the trailer on my PS Vita, being marveled at what it could do.

Days gone is so underrated in my opinion yes it had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered me had a pretty solid story I’d be interested in a sequel like a few years later like the last of us to show us how they have progressed and adapted to the world more
