Well... some times this happens to me as well. If you have all tools. So you can make a new CIRCUIT in less than a $. I make a another one when one of my CIRCUIT causing me trouble. And I know it is little different to make the CIRCUIT but it is easy to make my given CIRCUIT after 1 or 2 attempts And do you know. You can convert this same CIRCUIT into light dependent switch. Just by adding a photo resistor in it. You can see this in this video ruclips.net/video/cAkdCeEBR_s/видео.html This same CIRCUIT can also be converted into bilge pump CONTROLLER. By USING a float switch with COMMON wire and "on off" wire.

WE CAN DO THIS WITH THE SAME CIRCUIT. JUST WE NEED 2 OF THEM. ONE CIRCUIT WORKS AS IT IS. THE OTHER CIRCUIT WORKS AS A BILGE CIRCUIT, (BILGE CIRCUITS OR PUMPS USED IN THE BOATS). WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS CONNECT THE BOTH CIRCUITS SUPPLY AND LOAD IN SERIES. THEN USE THE SECOND CIRCUIT AND SHORT ITS OFF AND ON WIRES TOGETHER TO MAKE IT ONE LINE, LEAVING THE COMMON WIRE AS IT IS. NOW TAKE A FLOAT SWITCH AND CONNECT IT WITH COMMON AND ON-OFF WIRE. THAT'S IT YOU HAVE AN AUTO ON-OFF CIRCUIT WITH DRY RUN PROTECTION. USE THE FLOAT SWITCH IN YOUR GROUND TANK. WHEN THE WATER IN THE GROUND TANKS FINISHES THE SECOND CIRCUIT CUTOFF POWER OF THE PUMP. YOU CAN DO THIS SO FAR. UNTIL I MAKE ANOTHER VIDEO ON THIS CIRCUIT.
@@A-ZEE. dry sensor should be at the upper tank water in coming point, when water flows Tha relay should be on with delay and water is not flowing relay should be off . Because it is very diffucult to fit low water sensor in lower tank in my case. Please provide suitable circuit for me. Thank you sir

Not good, because you did not show the schematic diagram, what shown in the description below is only picturial diagram... for example, how can we know the value of R1, R2 and etc ...
