Lovely salads! Great for the hot/hotter days which we are still waiting for here in Brittany (France)! I love adding spicy green olives, edamame, sweet corns but also raisins or tiny cubes of apples.
Oh thank you! I love meal prepping a big tub of some kind of salad for lunch for the week (currently working through what I can only describe as an unholy amount of pasta salad)
I’ve made your curry couscous salad from your blog before when I had people coming over and they all raved about it! Most I’ve them took seconds and I even sent some leftovers (I had purposely made several extra servings) home with one of them!! A winner!!
I'll def make the moroccan inspired dish! Trader joes has a harissa sauce and I like to make sweet and spicy sweet potatoes with it. Roast chopped sweet potatoes coated with the harissa, a dash of cinnamon, and top with the candied pecans that trader joes also sell. It's thanksgiving in a dish!
Just meal prepped the 1st recipe for next week's dinners and it tastes really good ❤ I might actually eat some tomorrow 😅 I subbed the normal rainsins for white ones, as I like the flavor better. Thanks for the video!!!
Oh Caitlin sooo happy to have a new LONG video of yours! Don’t get me wrong - your reels/shorts are state of the art but I just miss your regular longer content and especially personality-heavier videos so much! Really enjoy the thrive coop as well - sadly it’s out of my reach but I still find the hauls interesting 😅 not a huge couscous fan but I’m still eager to try the recipes using a different grain ❤️ for all my gf girlies: at least in Germany there’s gf couscous alternatives as well (made from chickpeas for example)
Hi there, sorry I couldn’t find an easy way to contact you to ask this question, so I am asking on here. I tried to make contact via your website, but for some reason it wasn’t working and happily, but not in this case I don’t have fb/insta or pintrest! I am about to try and make your eggplant lasagne and I don’t want to reduce the size of the finished lasagne. As the recipe makes 8/12 portions, I wondered if you have successfully frozen this recipe please? I did look on the recipe and methodology/interest info, but nothing about freezing🤷♀️There is only myself and my husband, but I always batch cook to save energy and time and to ensure there are always quick and easy meals in an emergency. Thank you so much from the mountains of Portugal Cj🙏
Ciao and thank you very much for your wonderful Videos, which i like to share at Telegram and at Tribel, many greetings from a veggie from brunswick in germany and please stay safe 🙃
I made and reviewed on your blog your triple garlic pasta a week or so ago, and my review hasn’t been posted. When I gave a 5-star review to another recipe, it was moderated right away. Maybe you’re just behind on this?
I clicked on the link for Thrive but they won't even let you browse products, they immediately hit you up for money for a subscription. It's a definite pass for me. But thanks for the great lunch ideas!
I have been following you for yearssss. But havent seen a video of yours pop up on my account idk why... so i havent watch u in a few years. But girl why do you look different. I obviously know your name, but when i saw you i was like who is this.... is this your sister or cousin. Im genuinely confused

No way!! I looked yesterday and noticed the last video was from two months ago. This is so exciting, thank you!!
My family is trying to eat more plant-based and always eat wraps for lunch. I'd love to see a video on tasty protein packed wraps they can make. :)

Missed you Caitlin❤
The last two recipe links do not work. You only have the black bean salad up.
Anyone else know if there is a kind of Canadian online Company that is a Thrive-type company?

Carrot couscous salad link does not work. Please fix.
When I click on the recipe links in your description it says “cannot be found”
I’m having this problem too, but only for the curry one.
Is couscous gluten free ?
she addresses this in the video. she says couscous is technically a pasta so it is not gluten free, but you can substitute quinoa
I have found gluten free couscous (it was made with corn) but unless it specifies its GF it would not be

Thank you I appreciate that info
It's wheat, so no.

I’ve read so many articles that say it’s also impossibly difficult to cancel your membership one you’ve joined too.

Want to make them all!
Do you have any recommendations for making the dressing oil free for the curry one?
Thank you!
Great recipe 👍
