    맛있는 연유 크림을 넣어 돌돌말은 폭신한 롤케이크를 만들었어요~
    시트를 말기 전 연유를 살짝 바르고 말아서 더 촉촉하고 연유 맛도 더 많이 나서 훨씬 풍미가 좋더라구요~
    시트가 정말 폭신하고 부드러워 롤로 말기에도 좋고 입안에서 사르르 녹는 느낌도 정말 좋았어요~
    윗면의 구움색도 예쁘게 나오고 매끈하게 갈라지지 않고 잘 말아지더라구요~
    심플하지만 정말 맛있어서 자꾸만 먹게 되는 롤케이크랍니다~

    This is for the people that don’t use grams.
    -Cake
    5 egg yolks
    1/4 cup of sugar
    Pinch of salt
    1 tsp of vanilla extract
    1/4 cup of vegetable oil + teaspoon
    1/4 cup of milk
    2/3 cup cake flower
    1/2 tsp of baking powder
    -Meringue
    5 egg whites
    1/3 of cup of sugar
    -Filling
    1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
    1/8 cup of condensed milk

    Note to anyone who makes this: if you’re using a small pan like a 8x8 square pan, be sure to roll it whiles it’s hot. I tried to make a roll cake one time and the cake was very small so when it cooled down the whole cake crumbled! Especially if the cake is very thick.

    i love this recipe so much, i made it 4 times already for my family, in all kinds of variations, with pineapple, strawberries, one time i replaced 10 grams of flour with 10 grams of dark cocoa powder and i got a really amazing chocolate roll

      Hello! I made the recipe twice, and it came out perfectly, fluffy with a delicious flavor.
      But when I was going to roll it, it cracked and the skin stuck to the wax paper. Why? What I'm doing wrong? 🤔☹️

      @@ginacasillas8211 Hello! It could've been because your sponge was too thick, the thinner it is, the easier it is to roll up with no damage. Another great way to roll it up neatly is shown at 7:22 , here they cut small grooves into the sponge sheet. This allows the sponge to roll up more neatly by dispersing the tension. I hope this helps

      @@ginacasillas8211 I don’t know if this is too late but try to smooth and even out the cake batter like what the person in the video did and don’t over bake the cake, it will help with the cracking issue, and even out the batter will help if the skin is sticking to your wax paper!

      @@jennifersoto698 Yes I just made it today. It tastes so good, not eggy at all. Not too sweet, not bland at all. I was missing parchment paper so when I rolled it or tried to roll it it totally cracked but it was completely my fault. Not the recipe's, no issue with it at all. So fluffy ☺

    I’ve made this recipe 3 times already and it is absolutely delicious!! So light and fluffy but insanely moist, my family preferred this over a fancy store bought birthday cake. I almost double the amount of cream as the video amount leaves a very empty looking cake. I also reduce the amount of sugar/condensed milk used throughout the recipe and drizzle condensed milk over the top of the finished roll 😊 only complaint is that my paper does not remove that bottom crust layer like the video does right out the oven so I have to manually remove it with a serrated knife which is time consuming but definitely worth it in the end.

    Amateur baker from UK... Made this today and it turned out really good. The sponge is light and soft and just melts in your mouth. It did crack a little bit when I rolled it out but nothing that will keep me awake at night. 10/10 from me!

    If you make this cake, just know that for the cream, everything should be cold - the bowl and the mixers as well. Also, shake up your heavy cream. My cream kept turning into lumpy butter because some stuff was room temperature.

    Tried making this & it turned out great!! It tastes a lot more delicious when it's kept in the fridge overnight 😉
    I love the idea of the condensed milk cream especially if you always have a problem with somehow runny cream, the condensed milk helps in making it thicker!

    I just made this today and let me just say, oh my god. It is the best! I really recommend it to anyone who wants to try it out. The cake was soft and the cream is delicious.
    It might be too sweet if you put too much condensed milk. I recommend to put just a small amount on the cake itself, as the cream already has condensed milk in it. Overall it really really is very yummy. Thank you for this recipe. Can’t wait to try more recipes from you 💕💕

      Side note, for anyone who’s struggling with rolling the cake like me, I suggest you use aluminum foil instead of baking paper. The foil is more flexible when you fold and squeeze the cake to tighten it. It is also very easy to store as well.

    I made this cake yesterday and it’s sooo good it’s light and fluffy but I added a 10 more grams of condensed milk to the cream to make it a little sweeter and make sure to make your cream in an ice bath if you live in a hot climate or else it will turn into butter!

      I'm not sure what you could use in place of the yolks but I've read that aquafaba can whip like egg whites, it's the liquid in canned chickpeas

    Made this today and it turned out pretty good! If you want more cream in your roll cake I would make a little more than she does in this recipe. Only problem I had was the “skin” kind of peeled off of mine so no pretty brown top 😔 other than that it was really yummy and not too difficult 👌🏽

      만들어봤어요! 베이킹 초보에 인생 첫 롤케이크라 쿠킹트리님처럼 반질반질한 윗면은 안나왔지만 진짜진짜 맛있었어요! 연유 우유 풍미가 가득한데다 촉촉해서 파는거 사먹은 느낌.. 윗면을 어떻게 하면 예쁘게 구울수 있을지 모르겠지만 조만간 또 굽게 될거 같아요 맛있는 레시피 감사해요 쿠킹트리님

    Made this and oh wow! Ok so I should start off with I used a 38 x27, so it was too thick to roll. Will reduce recipe to 75% next time. But the sponge even on its own was amazing!! Tastes just like Maxim's Sponge/Egg Cake (Melbourne, Chinatown) and exactly what I've been passively seeking.

    Made this earlier today and the cake was a hit with all my family members! Light, airy and sweet LOVE IT ❤️
    I didn’t use the exact same pan size as per the video but it still rolled out and baked nicely 😌

    잘 보고 있어요.
    그런데 재료와 설명을 약간 더 큰 글씨로 적어주시면 롤케익이나 빵을 만드는데 도움이 될 거에요.
    글씨가 너무 작아 재료와 섞는 비율을 놓쳐 몇 번씩 봐야 되기도 해요.
    꼼꼼하게 잘 만드셔서 저에게는 도움이 많이 되서 고마워요...

      @@moon-cg9xm you just need chocolate powder (or cocoa), milk, condensed milk and a bit of butter.
      it is very easy, we eat this here in birthday parties hahaha
