    1st time doing this one just found I do sun salutations every morning but never experienced this before when Michael says put hands to your heart after moves & feel your inner feelings I started moving like a pendulum from side to side it was happening everytime does anyone know what that is feels amazing the feeling inside feeling so calm now Michael is a absolutely wonderful teacher ✨✨✨

    My life has changed a lot after being most of my time at home although in general i love being outdoor but here in the country where I live there is no lockdown but i feel safer to stay home.I also try to do many things meditation and yoga are one of them.Thank you for giving us full details how to do and hopefully one day I will get to experience the retreat in Portugal ( one of my favorite countries)Khobkhun Krub 🙏Namaste

    I really enjoyed the class. Normally I do Sun salutation A.
    I loved the calmness of the class and observing my soul and physically body in between the surya namaskar. May I have all the poses sequence please.

    Hi Micheal,
    Thanks for teaching such good practice with us. I am doing your Life is breath course from udemy. Your teaching has opened up a different spiritual aspect of the practice than only physical. This video has helped me a lot with keeping my spine aligned as I have a software job which demands I sit in front of computer for around 10 hours everyday. My anxiety has reduced a lot after the practicing for 3 day straight.
    Can you please make a video about reducing weight/fat in the body as this can be hindrance to the practice, physical and mental aspect of losing weight.
    Also please share what practice to correct the rounded shoulder and forward head posture ?

    Really enjoy the pace and choice of poses in this session. Any chance you have more videos similar to this, where you immediately start and have poses for those like myself who are novices at the daily practice of Yoga? Really enjoy all of your pranayama videos as well.

      Yes it is, but listen really carefull to your own body and energy level. It is good to take a break sometimes as well. Feel what is right way to live.

    Hi there again. I was watching and practicing as well as having ago. I noticed when you come up out of downward facing dog pose. You jump both feet up towards your hands. Immediately I thought “there is a god” as every one iv ever seen perform this brings one knee up first. Where as I struggle been that I am 6ft 5 tall and my knee gets in the way and I really have to push on my finger tips. Michael where I say “there is a god” you are like a god to us. I think I speak for us all when I say you really are appreciated. Namaste

      Brother thank you for your kind words. We are all the sons and daughters of God, LIFE, the great spirit however one wants to call it. It even says in the bible Psalm 82 verse 6:
      “I SAID, ‘YOU ARE GODS, SONS OF THE MOST HIGH, ALL OF YOU;’”
      The only thing is that we have to realize that ;) .
      I am also 6´5 and it took me a little while to get the flexibility to open up my hips, but everyday a bit of practice does miracles after some years.
      Try doing a bit of training by doing a downward dog and then come to plank and just bring 1 knee as high up to the chest as you can, keep pushing arms down into ground and stay for 3 breaths and then do the same with the other leg. Like this you train some very important muscles to make you able to bring the leg up higher when stepping forward.

      @@joke3825 I am guessing what you are calling as sun worship is actually a sequence of several yogic poses synchronized with the breath - that popular sequence is called as 'Surya Namaskar' [Surya = Sun in Sanskrit]. Hope that helps.
