Another amazing video thank you Autumn! Question for you can you tell me what the glycemic load of whole milk is? I cant thank you enough for your videos! in the last year and a half i have lost 90 lbs and 13 inches off my waist following your advice! For anyone looking to lose weight and fat autumns advice is top notch!
Hi Joyce! Congratulations on your weight loss ~ that's amazing! The glycemic load of whole milk is considered low. You can find more details on the GL of different sources of dairy in my blog post here: www.autumnellenutrition.com/post/your-complete-glycemic-load-food-list-what-to-eat-meal-examples
Happy New Year! Just tried your Cottage cheese scrambled eggs with an 8 oz. sirloin for breakfast. Good! You just have to cook the eggs long, try get them to 'dry-up' a little,.....
Excellent video! I’m on board with everything and I will be checking out your other videos ( I recently subscribed.) However, I am very cold natured. There’s no way I can sleep in a room with the temperature you suggested. I have woken up shivering when the room gets 🥶 cold! But, I’m on board with the rest!
I restarted my weight loss journey 6.5 months postpartum, and I lost 4.5 pounds in the first month! Really trying to fine tune my exercise. I’ve been strength training once every four days (3 rest days), and trying to get it to once every three days. I wish it could be a little more frequently, but I also push a double stroller the day after working out for a power walk, do a race walk the evening of my training, and the third day a casual walk so I can finish recovering. I’ve been changing up my routine recently to optimize for cardio exercise, strength, and recovery. The above schedule is what I’m trying to get to. I keep messing up my recovery with another stroller power walk. Recovery can take longer with breastfeeding, not sleeping through the night, and the power stroller walk (pushing like 70 pounds) is basically light strength training. I also baby wear sometimes (luckily less often now that he’s older), and I’m sure that extra 20 pounds on my back puts back my recovery sometimes too, though I find it fairly comfortable now. I also haven’t had any added sugar desserts in a month. Trying to see how long I will keep up that trend. Of course I’m also having protein, fat, and fiber, and have minimized carbs.
Autumn, can you do a video for those of us who have severely damaged our metabolism through unhealthy weight loss? Is there any fix that you know of? 😭

Good morning Autumn, could you please tell me if Raw milk is any good for us? I hear alot about it but not sure.
You talk about taking a magnesium supplement...but what KIND of magnesium do you recommend?
Have you heard of Mege tea? It's a new kind of tea drinks, that are sold at many different nutritional places around my area. Have you?
What are you thoughts on gruns Those gummy’s that are advertised everywhere that there the best for you?
Also hours on AG1?
Thanks love your videos 😊
You really don't need either of those things, they're both gimmicks and not worth the money. Stick to the basics.
Yeah. Be sure to sleep in a completely dark and cool bedroom. Think "cave."
This is the way we learned to sleep for hundreds of thousands of years.
Hi Autumn. I’m just curious as to why you didn’t become a registered and licensed dietitian?
Do you have some type of printable for the unlimited low glycemic load fruit and vegetables?
Happy New Year!
You said to use a tape measure or a....... what?
Inbody. Found in most gyms or doctors' offices. Very expensive machine.
If I cook rice in bone broth does that make a difference in the glycemic load?
You said to cut out baked goods. What if you make them at home from scratch?
Question... my sister is "vegan" and insists that dairy is BAD for you... Where does this come from? I am at a loss in talking to her about this.
So much confusion around RUclips about having to count calories
Rice??? But the skinniest, healthiest people in the world eat rice all the time!
