    My “healthy” ranch swap: 1 single serve greek yogurt, 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo, 1tbsp whole milk, 2 tbsp Trader Joe’s ranch powder and a sprinkle of dill powder. You can adjust the milk and mayo ratio for your preferred consistency.

    I always use straight up heavy whipping cream in my coffee. Its way more potent at breaking the bitterness of coffee and basically NO CARBS.
    Added fat boost to make you feel full and keep your ketosis going.

    I eat chia seeds almost every day, with whole Greek yogurt, nuts, and some fruit like kiwis and whole cranberries that I dehydrate myself.

    I love a lot of these alternatives, especially the Ghee. Can you recommend another alternative to protein bars for on the go. I don’t like Epic or any type of cured meats 😕

    Hi Autumn, new to your channel. Have found you so informative. Can you recommend a different side besides cauliflower rice, salads? Are potatoes an absolute, no no? My daughter is struggling with that. Although, she feels she will eat too much if potatoes. Also, I have been eating low carb just a short time and feeling so tired. No energy . I see you promoting LMNT, but I do probably use too much salt would that be a bad source for me?
