I always use straight up heavy whipping cream in my coffee. Its way more potent at breaking the bitterness of coffee and basically NO CARBS. Added fat boost to make you feel full and keep your ketosis going.

My daughter is struggling with that. Although, she feels she will eat too much if potatoes. Also, I have been eating low carb just a short time and feeling so tired. No energy . I see you promoting LMNT, but I do probably use too much salt would that be a bad source for me?

I eat chia seeds almost every day, with whole Greek yogurt, nuts, and some fruit like kiwis and whole cranberries that I dehydrate myself.
