    Thank you very much Dr. Stephen Cabral for sharing your knowledge and expertise in matters of Health! For me processed sugar and flour are the main causal factor in my own inflammation. Fasting or exercise are the top anti inflammatory factors and the daily intake of COD LIVER OIL and Vitamin D3 which are very helpful and beneficial! Warm greetings from Melbourne, Australia!🙂

    An excellent lature
    I do 2:1 EPA: dha ratio of mega 3
    But right now I am doing higher dha I heard a np doctor saying it will help to improve your hair grow

    Only black seed oil can reduce inflammation
