    It says U.S customers only. Are you planning on changing it anytime soon? I live in Canada.

    What are your thoughts on organic non fat Greek yogurt from grass fed cows?And organic buckwheat groats?

      As long as the foods do not cause symptoms it shouldn't be an issue eaten occasionally.

    I have massive inflammation in the first joints of my middle fingers, that wasn't there before "the virus". Can a diet change help with this issue? Thanks Doc, for all you do.

      Dietary habits are always important. The more antioxidants you consume the more inflammation will be lowered. I also suggest taking the StephenCabral.com/Omegas-1 with lunch and dinner or the StephenCabral.com/DFP-1. ⭐️
