Great list Dr. Cabral! Was a bit surprised to not see fermented foods on the list though. Would love to see a podcast on them if you haven’t already done one!🙏☺️
I have massive inflammation in the first joints of my middle fingers, that wasn't there before "the virus". Can a diet change help with this issue? Thanks Doc, for all you do.
Dietary habits are always important. The more antioxidants you consume the more inflammation will be lowered. I also suggest taking the StephenCabral.com/Omegas-1 with lunch and dinner or the StephenCabral.com/DFP-1. ⭐️

Thank you for all the great information you provided.
It says U.S customers only. Are you planning on changing it anytime soon? I live in Canada.
All labs can be shipped to Canada except for the Stool Test due to turn around times.
What are your thoughts on organic non fat Greek yogurt from grass fed cows? And organic buckwheat groats?
As long as the foods do not cause symptoms it shouldn't be an issue eaten occasionally.
