This video features a common Amazon purchase, a Lyx Pro CS 39 inch guitar, which I actually got from a thrift store. If you're considering ordering one but wonder what it's made of or what's inside the guitar, this video may be for you. I'm always on the lookout for a good modding platform! Hopefully we can learn some things together, and I hope you find it interesting!

They seem to market themselves as beginner-level guitars, so good to see there's some decent value there. Thanks for the video!

Can’t beat the price. This one goes to the high school.

The opening lick to your videos sounds a lot like the start of 8:15 by The Guess Who. My little brother loved that song. Enjoying the guitar, lovin' it actually. Sure you'll ace this one, too.

Thanks for answering some questions about modding. A couple more though. What's the thickness of the body (would it accept a full size trem block) and what is the width of the neck pocket (in case someone would like to swap the neck with a squier or something else).

I don’t have this one anymore… gave it to a local school. If I get another one, I’ll find out.
