Witch consist of The Lantana & Tragniew area Taper St,Aprilla,Alondra and on the east you had Panes Piru just north of Alondra. And you know all the rest that still exists today. Most had started using Boys behind their name. West Park Boys changed to West Park Piru...
My cousins lived right off of Central, on 139th, about the second house from the corner , since the 50's. That was right up the street from Piru Street, Dooto's, and across the street from the brickyard. And, for those who don't remember, right next to Dooto's was Sportman's Bowling Alley, which was later opened as Skateland 😎

Compton Pop Warner Football 🏈 League use to practice at Rosevelt Jr High where I played and I used to hang out at Nuway Market with the lowriders witch was in South Side Hood. They have always stood strong. They have even caught cats slipping and would jack a cat for his lowrider back then. I used to lowride with Baby Face back then and as lowriders we was going everywhere.
