Truth,when i cooked my first farm to table beef roast,i planned it an all day event in my crockpot,just like my store bought roast. It was done by 11am vs 2pm.

Joel...this is fascinating. I think that farm to table should be from the farm to the table at the same location...but do I remember you saying it's not allowed? I'd like to learn more, because our non profit org plan is to do regenerative organic agriculture and create a farm to table restaurant to generate income and provide a cool program for those participating in our many healing self sustainable programs that are interested in culinary on the farm!
