I wonder if you know where I can find remplace fets for the mini z brushless. I have one fets burn in the top part of the board but still driving . I look online but there no any information about this fets?
Nice vid, can’t wait for the glr gt comparison and ghost vid. I have two 20th celebration with upgraded 12000kv motors and I am on the fence if I should get a glr gt. I am wondering if the steering is better on the GLR with a different servo setup compared to the mini-z. Keep it up!
Read my mind. I'm gonna upgrade the servo during the video. I think the stock servo is too weak. The mini z is very durable and predictable. It's the weight that puts it at a disadvantage. But I have leveled that before with the li ion 2 cells(a lot less weight then 4 nimh) on the evo AWD. It'll make a great video. I'm excited. I have a few others to do first but it's in the pipe line. 😎👍
@@GarageMiniRCUK is there an explanation video on the li ion battery setup? Would I need to rewire anything on my evo MR03s or make any other setting changes on the board with the usb link?
Anyone know why the fronts on a Mini-Z are toed out? I'm assuming it's to load the play out for more accuracy. Has anyone found out what properly toed wheels drives like?
@@GarageMiniRCUK On both cars. Easy change the rear wheels from left to right. Take a look at the car with the 8500kv front tire is mounted in correct direction.
@@GarageMiniRCUK You're welcome! But it makes no different in driving performance it looks better when the tires in right correktion! ;) By 1:1 Car an rain it`s not recommended. maybe fatal... No mini-z rain race with tires in wrong direction! ;)

I think it was m power . 2 of my. evos have the mpower one was the anniversary edition and came standard.

It's one of the evo AWD videos. Just change the setting on ics to li-fe. No wiring just 2aa 3.7v each. You also have 2 dummys. So it's 7.4 v.

The awd, enables it to have a smaller turning circle. Not sure about the rwd. I will investigate.
Rear tires are wrong mounted opposite to the direction of travel ;)
