Spivey gap 333.1 to Erwin - uncle Johnny cabins 344.3 = 11.2 miles. Overnight at No Business Knob Shelter. Excited backpacking the Appalachian Trail staying at my first AT shelter.

I’ll be happy to mentor you and take you out on an overnight. I did this for a couple of friends and it truly is rewarding ! I want others to see the benefit of outdoor exercise.

We used the hiking stick (wide part) and pushed him off the trail sliding down the side. He was too full to move :)
