Polaris Sportsman 570 EBS primary and secondary clutch installation

The performance of all-terrain vehicles and utility terrain vehicles is largely dependent on the set-up of the clutch system of the vehicle. Polaris factory-fitted original clutches are calibrated for the standard factory-fitted tires and suspension, and for universal use of the vehicle. If you wish to use your vehicle on more specific occasions or in more demanding conditions, such as for complicated farming or gardening works or for towing or carrying heavier loads, or you want to use oversized wheels and tires for better off-road capabilities or even go racing, then your vehicle’s clutch system needs a different set-up, to match the use of the vehicle.
For these purposes, we have developed and offered 2 different types of clutch kits for Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler models.
TRAIL CLUTCH KITS - comfort, work & trail riding
The trail clutch kit is an excellent choice for trail riding, occasional mud and sand riding, plowing, and hauling. Our most popular, best all-around use kit helps to transfer the engine power to the wheels better, so you can use the engine’s potential more effectively and the vehicle runs smoother, with the harsh take-offs reduced.
MUD CLUTCH KITS - muddy & big heavy tires
Mud clutch kits have been developed for riding with heavier mud tires. It reduces belt slipping and protects the clutch from overheating. It also gives better low-end power and torque which results in crisp throttle response.

How did you get the primary apart from the part still on the 4 wheeler. Mine is all one peice

only 2021.2022.2023 models can pull half of the clutch apart.
