i did work in Saudi Arabia 12 years approx. in design department . its almost same standard . just do show actual component or equipments photos which you installed at site then viewers can understand better. Thanks your knowledge which you're sharing others.
Thanks for your elaboration on DEWA Practices. I would like to know, when you have a 32 A TP isolater, and a 40 A ELCB serving the Board, how can the extra 8 Amps be handled safely. Shouldn't they be the same or the ELCB rated less than the isolater?
The 32A rated isolator means that the isolator can handle a maximum of 32A...but it wdoes not have any tripping functionality even if the 32A rating is exceeded. The upstream breaker in the SMDB should not allow more than 32A to pass tot eh DB so it should be rated at 32A as it will trip if 32A is exceeded. But for an ELCB...it has 2 rating....Ampere and Milliampere...40A rating means that maximum 40A current can pass through....but you don't use an ELCB as an MCB...you are mainly choosing an ELCB for its mA rating...such as 30mA, 100mA, etc.. which will trip in case of the current leakage exceeding this rating.
@@Electrical_Engineers_Academy , thank you for the clarification. I understand that the ELCB/RCCB device will trip on the rated millamperes. For domestic supply, depending on the Calculated load, commonly 63 Amp /100 Amp Isolators for 3 phase supply is my observation. Most places in Oman, the load schedule is not available next to the DB. Keep up the good work, and I will be looking forward for your new videos. Alf salaam.👍👏🤝
Hi bro hope u vl b fine and blooming plzzzz upload a video about slap and plzzzz clearly identify the boxs of wifi, emergency light, and fire alarm system
Firstly thanks Engr.Mohammed for the video and appreciate your efforts. I think these neutral links which are sown outside on the right side are located inside Electrical DB itself, Correct me if i am wrong
Why the maximum ampere rating of 13a Single socket outlet is connected only in 200w each onces, and how many 13a sockets can connect. If the load balancing is more than 20% in any of the phases either R or B, how can we balance the load. (Making spare?)
Many reasons : 1. To avoid false tripping due to current leakage. Nature of the load dictates this. For example, lights, in their operational mode, usually have high current leakage... There 30mA will cause false tripping. 100mA ensures that it will only trip if there is something wrong in the circuit. 2. For safety and protection of humans. Low level sockets are accessible to humans, therefore you want to provide a small suitable ELCB current rating to ensure that it not permit more than the amount of current that a human can tolerate if anyone get in touch with a live conductor.
@@Electrical_Engineers_Academy One more thing, how about the lights in the wet areas, such as toilet & bath, why we should use the 30mA and for FCU's should use 100mA.
Sir I have doubt 13a single socket how many watts 1 amps =174watts 174*13=2262 watts right but the drawing there writing 200 w how this pleases tell me
One socket load allocation is 200W as per DEWA. Industrial socket load allocation is varying, depending on the connected equipment, but typically you can connect up to 5kw.
A maximum of 2 AC units (window type) are permitted to be connected on a single phase. If more than that, then 3 phase shall be used. As a personal standard practice, personally, 8 kW is the maximum that I have connected on a single phase DB.
After all theses years only after watching ur video i got clear understanding of the electrical system

Really appreciate the video! I look forward to more of these videos for MDB & SMDB and other electrical based videos
Best explanation...please continue your work❤❤❤
Usually i dont comment on videos but Masha Allah very nicely explained i relly didnt wanted the vedio to end
Great explanation sir 👍we are waiting for more vedios
بارك الله فيك
نتمني فيديوهات مثل هذه عن ستنادرد أبوظبي FEWA
U r great tuitor my dear..
Thank you so much sir its Really easy to understand and very Knowledgeable 😊
Thanku sir.......... waiting for more videos this channel
thank you so much.. nice.. Waiting for next video which explains how to make a load shedule from drawing
Assalamalaikum brother! Thank you so much for this video.. I appreciate your effort. More videos hopefully..
Very informative video. Great job
It was much helpful. Please make the next part with the electrical designing concepts of load schedule and the associated.
Thank you very much for the well explained tutorial
Pls make more videos. It's very helpful
Thanks for your clever explanation about the load schedule
Thank you very much for the content you make. It's been a great learning experience.
thank you very much. can you make a video about how to design a load schedule
Sir you are doing a great job.
Thank you very much for these videos.
Can you please make a video about building electrical wiring and electric panel design in AutoCAD Electrical ?
Awaiting your new videos brother. I hope you are doing well.
U are wonderful lecturer sir.
Thanks for a wonderful explanation. But sir how to calculate the size of incoming isolator?
Nice video 📹 so sir please one video in distribution bord dressing practical hope you can do it
Keep up the good work
Helpful content
Good explanation 👍🤝😍
bro we look forward you to upload more practical based videos subject to dewa sewa installation standarda
thanks a lot for your efforts sir
God bless you
Thank you for your video really helped me, please make the same wiring connection of villas..
Thanks for well detail explanation, please do video on the DEWA standards for cable sizes and CB sizing
Sure. I am planning to do a complete series on electrical design in general...and as applicable to DEWA standards specifically.
Very nicely explained 👏 👌
Excellent Explanation. thanks sir Please make a video for Capacitor bank Selection and Voltage drop calculation
Please refer to my latest video for CB selection basics :

جزاك الله خيرا شرح رائع وجميل ولغه ممتازه
clear explanation, can you pls produce the video for single phase also
Yes, sure. I will be putting a detailed video on how to prepare or extract a DB load schedule from the light/power layouts.

You're Welcome.
Yes you're right, they are inside the DB itself.

Can u explain a lighting layout and power layout of a building.
Thank you i love your videos 👍
Thank you.
Please stay tuned for future videos.
THANK YOU V MUCH
@23:15 u mentioned about radial and ring circuit. Can u explain these wiring techniques in any video?

How we calculate voltage drop in load schedule. Like 4% voltage drop calculation?
How can I get the full course for complete electrical design for building plan

How to Find Diversity factor please make a vedio
