Any day Clay and I get to hang out it is just an awesome day! I grew up and he was always my favorite top fuel driver! To be helping tune his projects today feels so surreal. Now I see Clay as a mentor and family! Super stoked !
It's awesome seeing you two work together and it's nice seeing a new hemi getting played with. Love to do something similar to my 06 Charger RT someday just for grins, but I have to daily drive it. 👍😎

I remember the first time I did the fast and the furious thing on my car... I remember watching the movie thinking what a bunch of... no one would ever do that in the real world. Little did I know a handful of years later I would be doing the exact same thing myself (except I wrote the software myself to do the tuning, guess that makes me an ultra geek).

Congrats Clay on getting baby d up and running you've done a awesome job by the way the oil filter and oil looks. Definitely love them driveway burn outs and it's amazing today's technology doing tuning over the internet before you no it you won't have to hook a computer up all you do is call the tuner and he will send it directly to the cars module. I’ve been watching the channel since I found you on 1320 and especially when you had KSR in the pits. Instantly loved what you are doing! And this build has been inspiring, since I do have an ‘05 Hemi Ram (169k, standard cab, short box, and I actually work for a salvage yard!). LOVE what you are doing with Baby D, Denton, AND showing all the in’s and out’s of the Top Fuel team!

A tip for ya Clay, cut the accordion piece out of the filter all together. Use something to absorb oil and put it in vice, put filter media in squishing squishing the pleats and close the vise hard to squeeze the oil out of the media. You can see a lot more than when it is oil soaked. I have caught engines starting to fail doing that.

clay you can use a everyday can opener to cut open your oil filter just lay it on top instead of the side and it works great
I've always wondered, after driving a 10,000 HP vehicle do you get any enjoyment from any other vehicle even say a 1000 HP daily driver.
