The only reason why I find Conrad Murray guilty is because he didn't use his discretion. A doctor, no matter how he or she is getting paid, always needs to use their professional discretion and tell the star they're looking after "No" to certain things. Murray should have been professional and said "No, this dosage will kill you" and should have turned Jackson down on his request. Instead, he was unprofessional and did it anyways.

He went ahead and administered it to him AND walked a way from him, not being careful about watching Micheal. I think they're exaggerating about how much drugs he took, and basically painted him as a wreck of a human before he died, and I don't think that's the case at all. In interviews before his death, he seemed very normal...during the making of This Is It, he was energetic, his mind was functioning well....he didn't seem like someone who would die soon. I think this piece just painted him as a wreck who died from drugging himself to death, instead of a more sinister reason like the family thinks.

Did anyone ever find out exactly what was going on when some of the Jacksons took Katherine to Arizona, leaving Michael's kids in California and then Janet showed up and tried to take them from the family home? Janet tried to take Paris' phone in a stand-off outside the home. A cousin was then granted joint custody with Katherine. It looked like some of the adults planned to "divide" up custody of the kids and steal their inheritance.

I am reading a book called "Untouchable" about MJ's life and death. His life seemed to be a mess and had been for years. His family had been hounding him for money. The parade of business "associates" that trampled their way through his life. Countless, COUNTLESS lawsuits that he would just pay. His finances were just insane. We've all head people say "he's been part of my life for so many years....". And he was. It occurred to me just now that the celebrity cannot understand that. How can I be a part of someone's life if they haven't even met me? From the star's point of view that must be very strange to know so many people honestly think and believe that.

I think they're exaggerating about how much drugs he took, and basically painted him as a wreck of a human before he died, and I don't think that's the case at all. In interviews before his death, he seemed very normal...during the making of This Is It, he was energetic, his mind was functioning well....he didn't seem like someone who would die soon. I think this piece just painted him as a wreck who died from drugging himself to death, instead of a more sinister reason like the family thinks.

Did anyone ever find out exactly what was going on when some of the Jacksons took Katherine to Arizona, leaving Michael's kids in California and then Janet showed up and tried to take them from the family home? Janet tried to take Paris' phone in a stand-off outside the home. A cousin was then granted joint custody with Katherine. It looked like some of the adults planned to "divide" up custody of the kids and steal their inheritance.

I am reading a book called "Untouchable" about MJ's life and death. His life seemed to be a mess and had been for years. His family had been hounding him for money. The parade of business "associates" that trampled their way through his life. Countless, COUNTLESS lawsuits that he would just pay. His finances were just insane. There are so many smart people in this world that could have bought order to his life, creatively, financially, psychologically. He let every snake through the door.
