Always a great analysis. The “Thriller” album was the first middle finger to the “They” MJ referred to over ten years later in “They Don’t Care About Us”. The ultimate troll before Al Gore’s internet. 🤣
why on earth did they even do a Jacksons tour? I didn't exist in those days but I would assume about 99.9% of the fans came to see only Michael. I think its safe to say that thriller probably outsold every Jackson 5 album combined up until 1984
i think Joseph wanted them to do a Jacksons tour because the other brothers needed to make money? I'm not sure though, I'll do more research. I think Joseph also wanted to feel more in charge of Michael's success and the other Jacksons's success too so them putting on more shows was like "look what i created!" for him. Cuz wasn't that during the time when Joseph started to feel bad about being abusive?

Thank you!
Michael was so freaking fine back then!! Truly in his prime😍
Wow that interview from 1985 he's looks were perfect almost like the best enhancement for what he had already I love the fact he used he's face as art as well when ur that famous n pictured u own what's inside the outside is what the world gets and he never let people settle with a look for too long lots of artists change it up Bowie etc but mj really changed it up took it to places image n sound wise no one tried put in that much effort or that much of themselves into it maybe with there first one or 2 albums but then it's more of the same this guy has a song for almost every genre n not jus a song a great classic song from each genre he took on then u add the movements the videos the image to it plus the greatest studio people at there best too n sonically u can be taken to any location or emotion its impossible to say it all In a sentence with Mike but if all the famous ive seen perform met or watched vids of this guy was nothing like them at all the reaction people had to him was how I imagine Jesus effected people when he spoke in person I'm a church going person but I learned goodness and being kind n all that from Michael Jackson and he's music etc I kno he was influenced by Jesus too but had he not delivered the messages I wouldn't have heard them so loudly he's work with charity's donations to causes hospital visits kids he helped medically and dying kids he gave them there happiest final days spr3ad love for aids victims as well I kno in 500 years he will spoke of like michaelangelo mozart beethoven mlk and other legends and so he should be the fake news was about in there tik Jesus time as well but we talk about them now not roumers n bs one good thing bout the net is u can see he's good works and career in full so for each bs post u can find stuff from same times that debunks it not ev one bothers but it's out there for when challenged n for so long he's secret private life annoyed the press and he's hate for public appearances made him challenging stuff n going to court unlikely so they got away with so much bullying it's upsetting but there's a saying someone in church said to me once "god gives he's hardest trials to he's strongest soldiers" and that has made me look at everything thoroughly if its something that bothers me I investigate and the net has allowed that to be possible obviously u have to filter out the lies n bs etc but those with any intelligence can do that and reserve judgement until they have the weak minded will always believe sensational headlines and be tempted by the devil's work those who have a clean heart n soul go the extra mile for others
He looks absolutely gorgeous in the thumbnail 😍
This man is the greatest entertainer the world has ever seen, we miss you Michael.
Three of my favourite albums, Off The Wall, THRILLER and Bad. I also love Destiny, Triumph, Skywriter and Music and Me. I miss MJ. But, I don't think he's passed.
“You might expect the sales of his records to suddenly SURGE… sorry.. You see, sales have ALWAYS BEEN UP”
Rewatching- Love the intro❤
Thank you!
Great report.
Thank you!
This man was and is a literal god like on earth. He truly was a living king
Only to the kiddies who fell for his marketing hype.
This was a lot better than that awful thriller 40 doc. Anyhoo. Im blessed to say I was around during this time and nothing has come close since. Not Britney. Taylor. Beyonce. 82 and 83, Michael jackson was EVERYWHERE. And this moment in time, loved by everyone. Young, old, black, n white (even the rock and country stations had to bow down and respect the once little kid from J5 who grew up and conquered the world)
BEFORE the internet
Indimenticabile❤❤❤
👑👑👑 NOTHING COMES CLOSE ❤❤❤
National t.v. should b playing this even cnn , because cnn talked about Michael and singer prince last month, but this documentary really needs to b played !!! Christine chastity Lampkin t.v
Always a great analysis. The “Thriller” album was the first middle finger to the “They” MJ referred to over ten years later in “They Don’t Care About Us”. The ultimate troll before Al Gore’s internet. 🤣
Это документальное видео снято в стиле триллера
why on earth did they even do a Jacksons tour? I didn't exist in those days but I would assume about 99.9% of the fans came to see only Michael. I think its safe to say that thriller probably outsold every Jackson 5 album combined up until 1984
Probably? Lol thriller outsold the entire career sales of the Jackson five/the Jackson's. All MJ needed was one album to surpass them.
i think Joseph wanted them to do a Jacksons tour because the other brothers needed to make money? I'm not sure though, I'll do more research. I think Joseph also wanted to feel more in charge of Michael's success and the other Jacksons's success too so them putting on more shows was like "look what i created!" for him. Cuz wasn't that during the time when Joseph started to feel bad about being abusive?
@@3776-d8n Joseph never felt bad about his abuse
@for-house-stark lol I'm not surprised. I think it should've been a thriller tour lol
@3776-d8n okay I see what you're saying I agree
Totally loved this , You should stick with Michael Jackson
I do!
Amazing
Did you see all them thriller and beat it jackets they’re selling in the record stores!! Imagine they had them in stores now! I’ll grab in every color
That era was just missing the Victory tour concert release to MTV and VHS
Michael Jackson...the most imitated recording artist ever. Whoever said "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery obviously had him in mind...Black don't crack.
