I like Jerry Lewis he was a true legend but I wonder sometimes why didn't leave his six kids anyting all of his money went to his stepdaughter from another marriage just saying
This movie was a little like Mad magazine on film. Every sketch in it could've been a Don Martin cartoon. Being a kid who loved Mad, this movie was right up my alley.

My oh my! I remember busting up watching this decades ago. My sister and I used to reenact this scene whenever we went out to eat together. She passed away 22 years ago. This brings it all back. Was this the same actress who played Chong’s hippie girlfriend on Up In Smoke! Gotta watch this clip another few hundred times now.
It takes a long time getting there, but it is hilarious.🤣 Most jokes like this don't work, but this one sure does and you find yourself in his shoes wanting to do the same thing.
I've been lookin for this clip for a long time. I saw it when i was younger and it reminds me of today's IVR's when you call a company and you have to press 1 for this and 2 for that, with options all the way up to 9. Then you make a selection and then you have 9 more options, then 9 more options. There is another great scene in this movie where he breaks down on the side of the road and gets out to pop the hood and finds a surprise.
I remember this movie from when we first got hbo on cable. This scene was very memorable and ive often referenced it in jokes, but nobody else seems to have gotten the joke but me....but its good to see here that somebody else found it funny too. I remember the movie got bad reviews, but i liked it. It was no worse than, say, a typical cheech and chong film of the same era.
PRICELESS GENIUS/"WHAT THE _ _ _ _ EVERYMAN LOOK"/FACIAL EXPRESSIONS/PHYSICAL MOVEMENTS AS WELL MADE DAD CRY W/LAUGHTER AS WELL!Wonderful memories between father & son as mom would check-up on the commotion while making dinner.♡
LOL!!! I love this scene...the rest of the movie is pretty wierd, but this scene has me dying every time!! when he startch choking her at the end...omgosh...
For years, I thought this same woman played the same woman in Mr. Mom at the deli when Michael Keaton is grocery shopping for the first time. Actually it was Patti Deutch.
Priceless perfection my fav Jerry Lewis film Milton Berle in drag yummy...Paul Winchell fab love loVE LOVE this film has me CRACKN' uP ‼️ all these decades of my life‼️thank you j.L. for your genius and the laughter...just wish your sons' would have never gone through all you CRUELLY put them thru ....but not for me to judge
A gem. Remember watching it 30 years ago and couldn't stop laughing. Recited the scene many times.
Try and find the sketch by Harry Enfield & Paul Whitehouse called 40-45 years...it will have you in hysterics
Me too!!!😂😂😂😂
Either you get it or you don't. I always loved this movie. Her voice and his reactions are classic.

I don’t get a thing he did but be an insufferable jerk
@@davidrogers4430 He may have had his reasons, but that always stays in my mind about him.....
This movie was a little like Mad magazine on film. Every sketch in it could've been a Don Martin cartoon. Being a kid who loved Mad, this movie was right up my alley.
Thanks to my parents I got to watch this classic comedy ! Timeless ! Love it
My 79 year old mother called me and told me I could find this scene here.
Haven't seen it since the movie came out 😂
I had to buy this on DVD to watch it again after all these years! Tried getting my kids to watch, but this generation just don't get it 😑

I think that it's a real shame that they don't
Love it
My 11year old gets it even if she's never seen it. She asked me if I wanted a drink and kept listing things. Showed her this clip and she cracked up.
Pitless watermelon juice. Jerry Lewis was brilliant. I grew up watching him and Peter Sellers. Both genius artists.
Peter Sellers was funny in his movies but literally insane in real life. I was reading about him recently.
Interestingly, both Lewis and Sellers were mentored by Stan Laurel when they were young comedians.
😂😂
Hahaha the five o'clock shadow to indicate the passage of a verrrrry long time. R.I.P Jerry
Those is one of the funniest movie scenes ever! He had a BEARD at the end!🤣🤣🤣
Well, it's mildly humorous. Not sure what's so funny about it. Mostly, it's annoying.
@Fran Marie I have this saved as a favorite so I can watch it occassionally and laugh. 🤣
One of the best scene of this movie. A Classic! None other than Jerry Lewis could do that..

I just ordered this movie and I'm so excited to see it again. It was one of my favorite movies as a kid.💕
Did you order the cinematic cut, the directors cut, the x-rated version, the alternative ending, the european version or the boxed set?
I needed that.

I grew up loving Jerry Lewis movies. My older brother would embarrass our mother by doing his Jerry Lewis impressions in public. It was great.
This made me laugh my ass off
My girlfriend and I took a hit and then watched this. Laughed our asses off, tears rolling down our faces.
Just for a laugh when she mentioned all those juices, I guessed "apple" and he picked it lol (never saw this movie before).
