WOWSERS! These cards are absolutely incredible! The intensity of the colors work perfectly with the white and black papers, making these cards great for men or women, and a variety of ages. With them being so useful, I can see how I can justify them being in my stash. Have to agree with the commenter who referred to you as an enabler!
Hi Catherine, I have to tell u, I was sick for about two years, recently I started watching you tube videos on card making, as I have been a crafte for 15 yrs, yours was one of the 1st videos I watched, you have inspired me so much with ur ideas/techniques,that I can't seem to stop crafting now. I loved all the cards in the video, I love to watercolor now, although I'm just a beginner at it, but my favorite is probably the shaker card. I would also like to tell u that not only do it videos provide great explanation, you are so funny, you always make me laugh. keep the videos coming ,& ty again for ur much needed inspiration🌈
I have watched several you tubes on this product, absolutely love the way they look, gonna have to get me some soon! I especially love the "surprise" colours you get when you spritz them :) Normally I would choose the bold colours, but I really like the soft ochre one you did, so pretty! Thanks for showing all the ways they can make your work pop!
That was very beautiful the way they turned out. I was thinking of buying the Tim Holtz sprays but I would love the powders instead. Still learning different things in this crafty world. Tfs
The brushless looks to be so much fun! It is really amazing what you can come up with! Every time you come up with something different, like magic!😊 Lee
I enjoyed watching the different ways to work with brusho and that you added different touches to each card. I'm new to cardmaking and appreciate the detailed explanation. The shaker card was my favorite!
All of your cards are awesome (no surprise there!!) but I'm partial to shaker cards, to be sure. I do, however, also really like the resist cards as well and think the "Sprinkle then Spray" technique is my favorite. A+ on this video!!
I wondered how those worked! Thanks for the demo! I think I will just want to want to watch the ink move all day (lol). Love the white embossed flower. Nice touch!
Love the brushos and how the design is a surprise every time you use them. Gorgeous cards!!! Love your color chart with the imperfections too for that gives it a very artsy look.
Hi Catherine, I love the first one you showed us after you had finished the water colouring, that is nice and soft, but the others are nice and vibrant they all turned out beautiful, and it would be great to have a chance to win those Brusho, I live in Australia and I have not seen then here yet!! Cheers Anna.
So so so awesome and psychedelic! I totally want to win these! It would be perfect for my style. Love the cards- purples are my fave! Also, I work in Denver. Pretty fun city right??? I love Colorado!
Catherine this looks great. I will have to have a look for them, I live in Australia. I could spend hours playing with these. I would like to try resist on a embossing folder then try the coulurs on the paper to see the effect. I loved the video good information. By the way like to see you are messy as well I thought I was the only one.Lorraine S Australia
You are SO REAL! I'm in! Have know Idea how long you've been a web site, but the "Oh silly me concept:" completely works with someone as intelligent as you.
WOW ! These are fantastic. I like the finished product. I am grateful for your videos showing new products since my community only has a JoAnn's store and they have greatly reduced the crafting section :( Very sad !
Have you tried to use Brusho White to mix with any of the colors on white paper? Do you know if the colors would blend ok? Thanks for your videos. Chris
+catherinestamps I looked at your video again, and it seems when you mixed your color samples that the Light Brown color sample had some white crystals in it initially. I think white will be a nice addition to those colors that may need a little variation. If you do any experimenting and want to share it, please let us know. I think white will also be a nice addition for dark colored papers. Thanks for your reply. Chris
+Karen Pang They are basically the same medium...a powder with heavy pigment. The container is different. I do love the Color Burst bottles, but the Brusho- love these, too! And the colors are amazing!
I would truly like to be the chosen winner. I also love your craft room and all the beautiful cards you make. you make it easy for me to follow you. thanks much.
Cathrine, did black come in your pack? I saw Sandy Alnoch (?) do a super background with the black and it was amazing. I think If I could only get one, that is the one I'd get. Anyway, I loved all of the end results. Fun stuff. Thanks for sharing, Camille
These cards are gorgeous! I bought the Magenta brand of powdered watercolors a while back and absolutely LOVE them! They DO appear to be different in that the Brushos seem to have larger crystals of dye (? maybe) I'm going to have to buy some Brushos too to do a side-by-side. (Perhaps in a bright yellow, as I know I use the yellow a LOT!, or maybe a full set, just because I really love them!) In the Magenta brand, the colors pretty well stay put once dry, so you can layer them, glaze with them. It appears to do about the same with Brushos?
suggestion. put a thumb tack in hole, keeps it dry prevents too much coming out, plus quantity adds to depth of colour, so one pot gives various shades
@catherinestamps ....you're brilliant!! And SO creative!! :) I just love all of these cards! Now I need to invest in some Brusho powder! I think every time I watch one of your videos, I end of spending money at a craft store!!! LOLOL :) Thanks for sharing all your brilliant ideas with us!! :)
Would love to have these. I am a 70 year old and getting into all the water color I can. Fixed income so these are on my wait list unless I win these thanks
Me too, Veronica! Except I'm 73. I have talent that emerges rarely. In the meantime, I'm learning to see it as PLAYING. It was hard to make the change, but I think I've mastered it. I measure that by how much fun I'm having. I hope you have gotten your colors. I opened a drawer in my office and found 36 of these Colorcraft powders. I had no idea what to do with them and Catherine's instructions really helped!
I would love to win the Brusho kit. I have been to my local art shop, it's approximately 45 min - 1 hour away depends on traffic. I have not seen it online yet. Love your tutorials!! Thanks for all your great tips and advice
The teachers are going to LOVE these! If not, there is something seriously wrong with the education system in Raleigh, NC. ;) Thanks for introducing my to Brusho. These colors are so vibrant.
+Heather North good thing I wasn't drinking my coffee when I read your comment, Heather! bwahahahaaa! Perhaps I need to make more...they were fun, easy and pack a punch, I do believe!
How about a fully covered piece of paper in deep colourfull shades, there are many ways to control he Brusho into beautifull colours and patterns rather than the pale wish I washi dribble you made.
Nice! It's a relief that you are a bit messy, frankly! I've been playing with these a bit - Ken Oliver's and (some other brand). Alizarin is pronounced aLIZ er in. It's a red with leanings toward purple.
+Diana Trout oh, gosh...When I was finished with that color chart and saw the green all of it...well, I want to be professional, but I just COULD NOT DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN! So, there ya go! Messy and all. lol
I don't know why but every time I try to leave a comment on your blog posts it always says error your comment can't be saved. it happens to me all the time. I do leave comments here for you with no problem. 😊
+afroggitt I now have all the colors and they are amazing whether I sprinkle or use out of a pan. This was my big $ splurge for the year and I am glad I did...magical events unfold before my eyes. Are you using them?
I would truly like to be the chosen winner. I also love your craft room and all the beautiful cards you make. you make it easy for me to follow you. thanks much.
Catherine you do such a great presentation and inspire me to want to try the technique.
+Candy Schultz Thank you, Candy...your comment is very appreciated!

lovre the possibilities these powders offer and that each color is not one color, so much depth and lots of fun to use!
Beautiful cards! The Brushos look like a lot of fun to use!

WOW ! These are fantastic. I like the finished product. I am grateful for your videos showing new products since my community only has a JoAnn's store and they have greatly reduced the crafting section :( Very sad !
Can you do straight watercolor painting with a brush with Brusho spritzer or must it be sprtzed only
You can use them for watercolor painting!
Have you tried to use Brusho White to mix with any of the colors on white paper? Do you know if the colors would blend ok? Thanks for your videos. Chris
+Chris Teske I haven't used white yet! Curious as to what it would do, though!
+catherinestamps I looked at your video again, and it seems when you mixed your color samples that the Light Brown color sample had some white crystals in it initially. Love to win the Brusho set. Love the look.
Wow.... Very nice... 🤩... Thank you 🙏
How do these powders compare to the Ken Oliver color burst powders? Do prefer one over the other?
+Karen Pang They are basically the same medium...a powder with heavy pigment. The container is different. I do love the Color Burst bottles, but the Brusho- love these, too! And the colors are amazing!
What kind of board are you doing all of your painting on?? I need one of those!! Also where is the best place to get embossing stamps??
I would truly like to be the chosen winner.
I also love your craft room and all the beautiful cards you make. you make it easy for me to follow you. thanks much.

Awesome techniques thanks!
WOW, så underbara kort, det ser riktigt roligt ut med detta färgpulver, har aldrig använt men måste nog göra det nu
Put a little sticker on top to cover the wholes when you are done using them. If you didn't already think of it of course.
+Bev Chapman Great idea!
Those are cool I want one but I don't know what to do and don't have the money
@catherinestamps ....you're brilliant!! And SO creative!! :) I just love all of these cards! Now I need to invest in some Brusho powder! I think every time I watch one of your videos, I end of spending money at a craft store!!! LOLOL :) Thanks for sharing all your brilliant ideas with us!! :)
