Great suggestion! We'll definitely look into adding a workout chart on our website for a more efficient and user-friendly experience. Thanks for the feedback! 🌟
I am 4’11” and bought this. I had to cut the column down because it would not go low enough for me to do sissy squats. The pad needs to be at the knee joint and even at the lowest setting, it was above that. But to do hip thrusts you should be fine.
The cushions you sit on and especially the one you put your back on might as well be cement. Hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. But you did a good job hiding it. Also, and this IS visible in the video, the column that holds the top cushion wobbles horribly. Love the concept of the machine but this is poorly executed.
Please add a workout list for us on your website like a chart to follow so we can actually use it more efficiently.

Wowwwww I love it from Benson Arizona. ❤❤. I think my weight stand is probably my most favorite but my vibe machine is my most used.
Thank you!
Can you use back rest for back extensions?
Yes!
Looks like a amazing machine. Wish I had money to get it
No worries! We offer payment plans. :)
I just got mine and my seat is loose no matter what I do. Also, I didn’t get any sort of poster on how to use it.

Same issue. And the cushions are NOT cushions. They are very hard. Like molded plastic. Not a pad with an upholstered cover.
Just got my Gluteblast in... Easy to assemble but did not get a chart or poster with exercises to do on the machine. Where could I get one? Thanks 😊
Awesome! Please email us at support@lifeprofitness.com to assist you further.
Gluteblast good bridge exercise
Thank you!😊
I’m short 5’1” - Will this work for me hip thrust wise?
Absolutely!😊

This product was uncomfortable and poorly made. It doesn’t let you execute exercises in full ROM .
