SAD is a movement that shows that there are Russian youths who want to bring some kind of discipline in the Russian society which is very important in my honest opinion. And my opinion matters as much as any other group or person's opinion matters. There is drug problem, crime and many other problems like greed and what not all over the world. But lack of discipline is as dangerous as any other problems if we want to really make this world a better place we must have some kind of discipline. Russian government and people should actually be proud that these men and women are trying to show to the world that Russia does have youths who want to do good for the better future. In Norway we actually have some kind of "sidewalk"-sign. We call it a road for pedestrians, added to the normal sidewalk, including signs that says you can't drive with a motor vehicle there.

I agree that they should not be driving on the sidewalk....that is the pedestrian's domain, but they should not be putting those stickers on their windshields, as that can only lead to a dangerous situation (blocking driver's vision). I tend to think that that is the action that will ban them.

Been there, done that in CANADA, home of the supposedly polite! Trying to prevent cars from parking in an elementary school pick up zone. Some people worry about only their own kids. They park(no parking signs clearly there) in the pick up zone and make kids cut through between cars to get to cars that then have to stop in the through lane and further out in the parking lot. Saw some close calls :( Some people REFUSED to move despite it being unsafe for others and their kid nowhere to be seen. They even refused to move when a COP tried to move them along. Its school property so cop has no jurisdiction. Schoolboard too afraid of pissing off parents. OMG, some people are SO freaking obnoxious. Fortunately far more are lovely, but it was aggravating in the extreme to see the selfish ones put kids at risk and being helpless to do much about it.

In Norway we actually have some kind of "sidewalk"-sign. We call it a road for pedestrians, added to the normal sidewalk, including signs that says you can't drive with a motor vehicle there.
This guy can't mentally handle the fact that he is wrong, he stood there for 4 hours, got a ticket and 3 squads tell him off and he's still going at it like the 100s of rubes coming out his account won't happen if he convinces anyone he's right.

What cracks me up is during these long confrontations there do not seem to be any other cars on the sidewalk/roadway. Usually in the background there are pedestrians. The vast majority of motorists understand it is not a roadway.

I agree that they should not be driving on the sidewalk....that is the pedestrian's domain, but they should not be putting those stickers on their windshields, as that can only lead to a dangerous situation (blocking driver's vision). I tend to think that that is the action that will ban them.

Been there, done that in CANADA, home of the supposedly polite! Trying to prevent cars from parking in an elementary school pick up zone. Some people worry about only their own kids. They park(no parking signs clearly there) in the pick up zone and make kids cut through between cars to get to cars that then have to stop in the through lane and further out in the parking lot. Saw some close calls :( Some people REFUSED to move despite it being unsafe for others and their kid nowhere to be seen. They even refused to move when a COP tried to move them along. Its school property so cop has no jurisdiction. Schoolboard too afraid of pissing off parents. OMG, some people are SO freaking obnoxious. Fortunately far more are lovely, but it was aggravating in the extreme to see the selfish ones put kids at risk and being helpless to do much about it.
