    As a home cook, watching your videos has definitely shown me some good habits and organizational ideas that no cooking school on youtube ever teaches online, and through example. Although my cooking may just be for myself, your videos has helped me highlight things that helped me in increasing speed when prepping and cooking through example, and I have utilized this to my advantage during holidays and BBQ's

    fried rice was a life saver for me during my time behind bars, when your feed up of the commisary staples, its great to be able to buy the rice and cook in your cell with basics, made life more liveable.

    You know you’re putting out good, quality food, consistently… when the guy in line tells you how good the hamburger was last week, as he’s waiting on this amazing creation, and says he can’t wait foe burger this week….
    What is give to be able to go somewhwre and be able to buy this food, no matter what amount of money (but your prices seem great). There’s no place here in US where I live thst has this .

      Forgot to ask… i was always told to use old rice, fridge for 24 hrs for stir fry .
      I see you cooked this same day. Id love to see how to cook rice in oven maybe one day. But, are you using it warm or chilled?
      Thank you.

    I really like how everything is made to order. I gotta try to bake the rice instead of cooking it stove top, seems like a great idea when making a bigger batch. I've always heard you should preferably dry out the rice uncovered in the fridge over night for fried rice - do you feel this is unnecessary and this becomes as good?

    It may not be normal fried rice im used to but damn you cook fast without making the fried rice a oily mess like my school does. In my school there's either wait 1 hour for good fried rice or 15 minutes of crunchy, clumped up, covered in oil enough to make the US invade fried rice.

    Hi Chef! Looks amazing. Wouldn't it be easier / better to re-heat and prepare the orders in a Wok?
    Edit: Or in a saucepan or frying pan, as you do for pasta orders.

    • @Nepomniachtchi_Austin
      @Nepomniachtchi_Austin 11 месяцев назад +6

      Better yeah, but you'd have to dedicate someone or your own time to constantly washing them, and woks have to constantly be moving so you don't scorch food. Probably more headache than it's worth

    • @bilalmateen1983
      @bilalmateen1983 11 месяцев назад +3

      @@Nepomniachtchi_Austin there might be a different reason I think, and just curious. I've seen him use the same pans to repeatedly heat the same orders without washing in the pasta service. For different meats he had different pans too.
