- Hi all, in this episode I'm in the main kitchen again. I'm preparing roast dinner, Cajun chicken soup, lentil and pesto soup, and vegetarian cottage pie.

Very efficient with minimal waste on all your prep MrT. You are enjoyable to watch and im sure your coworkers say you are a pleasure to work with 👍
I also noticed minimal waste and attention to detail. I always rinse jars, like he did with pesto. Fill with water and shake to get all the goodness. See such waste here in US.

Hello Chef. Thank you for the inspirational videos of a professional chef plying his art and craft without all the drama done for the camera as is the case in so many other kitchen presentations. I really appreciate seeing the techniques you employ to work at scale in a restaurant kitchen. For these videos of the more elaborate meals, would you consider posting the menu and recipe, or at least an ingredients list, possibly a subtitle of the ingredient when it’s being added? Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to identify what everything is. Please continue these incredible videos. Cheers!

Salt, pepper, garlic. Basic, but sometimes less is more 👌😊👍
My Yorkshire has eggs and is two inches or 5cm thick yum with home made gravy

Thanks, yes I've brined the turkey, and then I've brined the pork belly that I've used in the previous video (the Greek quesadillas). It worked really well with the pork, but I haven't noticed much difference with the turkey. 👌😀👍
