    Thanks for sharing this with us. This is the first video I’ve seen where you are shown how to color grade the new log footage from the iPhone 15 Pro Max in resolve. This power grade is a must have for me. - update - I bought it and it was well worth the few dollars to have. I had test sequences I shot on the iPhone 15 Pro Max in ProRes Log, applied the grade,. and Bingo - Killer footage immediately. A big time saver. This node tree is more than a great starting point for this footage. Thanks for making it available.

      @@JamieFenn What Blackmagic has unleashed in the past year is astounding and a game changer from Resolve on the iPad to now the Camera App. They have changed the entire game for the possibilities for the beginner and pro videographer. A whole new world with the iPhone 15 Pros. Love making videos and looking very inconspicuous.

    This video was kind of cool and refreshing. You gave the best option first and then shared the least effective option. Usually RUclipsrs wait until the end to give the meat of the video. Thanks for just getting to it and not wasting our time. Well done.

    hey great video. I suggest you do the Balance after the contrast because the way you are doing it is going to affect the balance once you correct the contrast.

    Not sure why you have the parallel crossed - it makes no difference and some of your viewers might not know that. Also the default pivot - if you nailed your exposure then you should change the pivot to middle grey for your color space - which looks to be Davinci Wide gamut - Pivot should be .336 - Resolve defaults to rec709 pivot, but if you are working in DWG it will transform with the CST.
    Also Resolve is not in any LOG space unless you are in color managed and it can read the meta data or you tell it to prior to the node.
    So when you applied your LUT on the last version - the node before it is not in Apple LOG - if the project settings were still the same like designating any camera log, the node before your lut would still be whatever the timeline is - What's the color space your LUT expects and as an input? That's what it would be.

      You should be able to open then powergrade folder and add it. There’s tutorials online

      Try moving the drx file to an empty folder, then import it.

    I don't understand why I should pay you just to change the color, a high price, I prefer to make amateur videos rather than pay to earn so easily, it's not fair

    • @JamieFenn
      @JamieFenn  Месяц назад

      You either pay for knowledge or learn yourself (which takes time) I wish I had people to show me tutorials when I started. There wasn’t anyone I could even talk to while I learned so I taught myself everything

      Hey! So if you bought the lut pack you’ll need to install them in the lut folder. Powergrades are different than luts. To install luts check this video out! ruclips.net/video/Q9ovrKK9upY/видео.htmlsi=Iu9oRWkyG8lXXZob
