    [Dongchimi Ingredients]
    Dongchimi radish 5kg (5 pieces), fresh shallot 300g, chives 300g
    1 pear, 150g of fermented Korean chili, 190ml of broth for the beef bone soup, 1 onion, 2 pieces of ginger, 15 dried jujube, 10 pieces of garlic, 30g of glutinous rice powder, 110g of sea salt, 80ml of Soju(alcohol), 100g of fish sauce, 20g of sugar, 7L of water
    [Dongchimi Recipe]
    1) Wash the radish, remove the outer leaf of radish, clean it, and cut it lengthwise into 4 equal parts.
    2) Place the cut radish on a wide tray and roll it in sea salt and pickle it.
    3) Put the trimmed gat and chives in the pickling container first, and then pile the radish with salt on it.
    4) Pour sugar and fish sauce in the container where the radish, mustard, and chives are being pickled and let them soak for 10 hours.
    5) Chop the fermented chili, gingers, garlics, pear, and onion and put them in a net.
