Is that a young David Gilmour playing that haunting guitar? And I see Mark Brezynki on drums, Tony Butler on bass, and possibly Stuart Adamson on guitar (hard to be certain with all the dy ice mist,) all from Big Country. It's a "solo" album, but it's nice to have friends! Great song btw.
