Here before it blows up and I get the bragging rights. But seriously this channel is becoming my second favourite after Hormozi. Keep it coming please 🔥
Love your videos man, I'm into ecom for about 1 year now and I'm seeing real tangible results now, and it's by adding deeper knowledge like you're showing in your videos, knowing your audience and the pure desire behind what's causing the problem, will really make a difference in your success. For scripting ads, do you always take in consideration market awareness and sophistication ?
awesome man - so happy to hear you're having success. Always take market awareness and sophistication into consideration. But don't let it stifle out my intuition if i think i got a good idea
This is such an amazing insight! It kind of flips the traditional idea of finding an untapped niche on its head. Instead of trying to find a low competition market go where the demand is and find a different “angle” (or even just communicate better). To meet a different dream outcome or better meet the existing one.
I think what you teach in this video can be applied to the whole channel, we as buisness enthusiasts want to learn more which is our desire and the channel is giving us valuable information and lessons that we can apply directly, which is also a call for action. This is what makes the channel speical especially with the good quality and low editing which makes it raw and unfiltired with the monotone voice that gives off teacher vibes. Absolutely incredible i love the work keep going
I kinda love that you're like 16 hrs ahead of me so I wake up and watch your daily vid during weekdays haha. this channel feels like a goldmine bro, keep it up
night! and thank you. I went from 0.1% conversion rate, to 0.8% conversion rate and I feel it, I am about to cross that 1% rate. All thanks to the little bits and pieces that are starting to fall into place. Feels good. feels right.
3:50 Lol I was surprised when someone else spoke, I thought you were in a room talking to the camera by yourself. But, great content as always! 1000x better than most of the content posted by those “weak communists” (aka. Internet business gurus). Good night!
Second comment, and I feel the need to write it. I just finished rewriting one of my landing pages and it feels like day and night. Its jarring how big the difference is. I literally figured out how to turn every single part into something about them, not me. Its all starting to make sense. I hope you are not bored of my comments yet, but I want you to know you are inspiring. Keep doing what you are doing and thank you.
haha bro more comments the better - i am so happy you made these changes and hope the new LP crushes. thanks for the kind words and love hearing your journey
Hey dude. I've watched most of your videos now and just wanted to say thank you for sharing such valuable insights in such an authentic way. I'm a 36 year old fella from Sydney who is just now leaving my old career as a UX designer and going all in on my own brand. You have been a primary source of inspiration for navigating this new journey. I really resonate with yours and Scott's story and I encourage you to keep sharing your raw authenticity. That's the future of content I reckon. Also, Your film maker and editor is mint. I forget her name but I love her style. I've had several moments watching thinking 'oh yeah you really get inspired by Mikey Mikes videos'. If you don't, you would like his vibes. Anyway thank you bro. I need people like you to relate to. Keep up the awesome work :)
thank you so much man, i really appreciate your comment. good luck on your endeavour into your own brand, and glad you're here in the community. I've never heard of mikey mike but i'll check it out
What i understood is not finding the winning product, but the winning angle and customer. The problem is not in the product, i think you can sell any product on earth, if you find the right angle of selling it
The question is how do you know when you have achieved product market fit using facebook ads? What timeframe do you use to decide if you have found an angle for a product that is resonating with its intended audience? Is it 1 week? 2 weeks? Do the sales pour in within the first dew days?
Saturation is fugazi indeed! My first store that I hit 200k in revenue with was selling a mascara. The mascara market is very saturated, yet I was profitable in the first week because my ad angles
For pet accessories like a dog bed, a cooling mat, personizable leashes etc. I’d say the desired outcome in all cases is as simple as „improving QOL of my pet -> happy pet -> happy me“ or would you say it’s rather more complex or even simpler? Thanks David Soupson
Hey there ecom soup team I am from India and I want to thank you for making great and very knowledgeable content. the first company I got to 50k per month was a t-shirt design company. problem = lack of options in wardrobe that express identity slash status to the group of people i care about. status being social status. e.g Nirvana shirts and band shirts represent an identity that appeal to likeminded ppl. and so on.
@@EcomSoup I bow down to you 🙏 Online and custom shirts per order? In comparison, Tshirts became my second business fail to lift off. High MOQ from suppliers, demanding retailers. Ps. Wrong business for me as I almost exclusively wear black Uniqlo shirts. Ie no understanding of T Shirt Social Status.
Hey Ecom I love your videos With all this knowledge that you share, what would you think is the best way to make a living? How do I sell this copywriting skill?
Great Video! What business do you generate most of that million a month with? I know some people dont want to talk about that but i am curious. humbyorganics and zerowastecartel look like great bands to me but id love to hear what else you are doing. I currently only do between 10k€ and 25k€ a month with my design service but would love to learn from your business aswell. Also would love to know more about you if that makes sense - great advice as always :)
I don't generally disagree with this notion of finding marketing angles rather than testing different products but there is also a danger to this line of thinking. You can find yourself in this continuous cycle of testing marketing angles forcing the product to work with different marketing angles. When testing the same product for a different audience, you are basically forming a new market for that product that has not been explored before. Essentially, you can also be wrong in your hypothesis about the new market audience wanting to buy that same product. When we talk about probability of success, it is not in any way more likely that testing a new marketing angles for a product is going to yield better likelihood of success than testing a whole different product altogether. You are essentially bringing this product to unexplored and unchartered territory with new audience outside of what has already worked. You are as equally in the dark. I am not saying that testing for different creative angles does not work, but there is an equal amount of danger here. Sometimes, your chances are better off if you test another product. A new product can give you new perspective, a new way of looking, a new audience, a new market. Equally true, at other times, your chances are better off testing new creative angles. Both can work. It is not either this or that. Don't be so rule-bound by what you have to do. Use intuition to decide.
your probability of success in the long term comes down to your skill level. you can test products as well. when you test products and find one that has traction... then test angles. everyone must go there own way... just know that you're trying to get product market fit regardless of if you test products or angles. what's got me to 12mil per year is serving one customer and knowing their wants and needs intimately.
