Do you think your training can be applied the same in L.A as in New Orleans (for ex.) or do you take in account that different places have different mentalities?
Hi Yoav Ilan, the training itself is applicable anywhere and we have clients all over the US and Canada in just about every circumstance you might imagine. That said, with the basic knowledge in hand, it then gets adapted to the area one is in. For example, mail marketing such as postcards work better in suburban areas as opposed to a downtown metro area and so on. So, yes - no matter where you are, you can benefit. Hi Kunjal, Sorry for the late reply! You could give them a range - i.e. low to high for your office (with and without buildup and so on). Just make sure you've established a good rapport first: you know what's happening with them, why they are calling, why they think they need a crown (did someone tell them? was it diagnosed or did they decide they needed one?) and so on. And ultimately, who knows what this patient actually needs until they see the doc, as only the doctor can provide a Dx. So best bet is to get them in ASAP. Hope this helps! Best, the MGE Team

But the question still remains unanswered.. how much do you charge for a crown?? So what do you tell later to answer it?
