Your energy is amazing. I am a step behind the licensing, where I need to start a two years of residency or maybe one year, because I am an international dentist. Although I know most of what you are saying, the way you gather the main points is strengthening my vision and you make it more clear to me. Great job.
I hope the private practice model still exists and DSOs haven't completely taken over by the time I get through school! Awesome content though, thank you so much!
Joshua- hope Dental school is treating you well and not too crazy! Remember one thing- there is ALWASY room for GREAT! So yes, the model will still exist if you create VALUE for those who do not see it in the DSO model... and that model has many weak joints in it- so YES I believe you will be fine! Cheers man and good luck in Dental School! Live Inspired!
hey, thank you for video. I am not involved into dentistry directly, but I want to help local dentists grow their patient base. A quick question - who is it better to talk to about my services in dental clinics - office managers or each dentist individually?
Rinesh, I was working in a Government Hospital (9-yrs) meanwhile working part-time in another Private from 2004-2013, then I quit the Government and joined a private Turkish Clinic until now. I am processing to BUY a practice may be soon if things go as I plan.
MZEE GOMBO Thank you for the kind words! What's your current situation in our field? Do you own your practice or are you looking to build/buy one? Keep watching and keep me posted! - Rinesh
Dr. Ganatra, I want to thank you for putting this wonderful video together. I found it very insightful and helpful. If you were to go a little further and write a book about this information, I would purchase it for sure.
Jacob! thank you so much for your kind words! Love this stuff! Actually I have written a book! You can find it on Amazon at www.amazon.com/dp/1466211903 -- got some great feedback and reviews on it and rated #1 on Amazon in its space! Hope you can check it out! Good luck man!
Thankx for sharing .. can i know more about marketing skills like what mistake you made in print marketing that i shouldn't and still marketing in detail .
In most places you would have to be a dentist to open up a practice, although many very successful non-dentists have done so while partnering up with dentists. Good luck! - Rinesh
Hi Dr. Ganatra...m Gujju from India... ur videos are awesome... hope I'll build my successful practice very soon... m done with graduation this yr... trying for Prostho PG seat this yr..
I agree, video is the way to go, people are doing less reading and more watching on the internet. This tutorial explains and shows you how to monetize off of review videos www.rankmylocalbusiness.com/biz-review-video-blueprint/ this is a rather siple process once you understand it.
WOW! Thank YOU all so much for the encouraging comments and great words! They mean a lot to me! Please let me know how else I can help- I mean that! Also some of you have asked about my book- YES- you can find it on Amazon at www.amazon.com/dp/1466211903 Good Luck and let me know what you thought of the read!
Hey Paul- appreciate the comment. Plugging in your email address to the campaigns would require you to use an autoresponder. If they are existing emails a drip campaign would be to add value via videos and perspectives gained in your practice for EXISTING patients. For NEW patients, it could be tied to a specific treatment or procedure you WANT to do more of in your office. This would all be done via an autoresponder like active campaign, mail chimp, constant contact, etc... You can check out our new training on all this tonight Feb 22 at 5pm- here's the link for that: webinars.dentalpracticemastery.com/3-marketing-campaigns-v2 Good luck! Hope that helps!
Doctor plss can u make a video on best startup ideas for dentists which could be beneficial for both dental practice n also boosts your career ......I m also interested with entrepreneurship and also in manufacturing side ...so can u plss suggest
thank you so much for making these videos, im in peru and still are a huge help for me to have an idea on what do i need to do to start my dental practice!! +rinesh ganatra
Christina! Thank you for the good words! That's exciting to hear that you are starting your practice! Keep me updated and hope to see you in our online program- it will really help you as you create your new office! Good Luck Doc! - Dr. Ganatra
Rinesh I am 27 and unemployed due to psychiatric differences, let's say.. anyway I worked at my father's DMD office for about 7 years part time until 2 years ago. he now has a girl who is the niece of the business manager who I worked with at the front desk doing both my old job (supposedly in full, which I don't ifnd possible) and being his assistant. I'd like to copy his EZ Dental data folder to USB, install Easy Dental on my own laptop or his home PC (we live in the same home) and use that to make excel spreadsheets and even GIS maps with patient data like who lives in the highest and lowest income areas of all patients with X insurance type and filter by other things like how many years or months as a patient, how much has been spent etc so I can analyze that data. It'd be manual entry into spreadsheets but I have the time and the willpower. Do you think that could be a good idea? I'd be using arcgis.com to do the mapping of the data geospatially for analysis and visualization beyond graphs and charts in excel.
Tom- EVERYTHING is online now. If you don't have a personal/business brand thats providing valuable and relevant content to your community or audience then it will be the biggest weakness in your business in the years to come. Hope that helps! - Rinesh
As a non dentist (but dental patient), this video makes me highly skeptical of dentist motivations. Seems like dentists are incentivized to give the most expensive treatments (vs physicians who are typically salaries)
Best part of building your own practice is you don’t have to deal with existing dental assistants who are stuck in their old ways and getting paid tons of money per hour. Haha.
"Phone are the gateway to your success." I love that!
Thanks man! Cheers!
Just bumped into this much needed channel. I think I am going to need a notebook and pen dedicated to this wisdom.
Thankyou, let me begin.

Not bad. The online presence triangle is good, but what about Video SEO for dentists??? There is more than just having those profiles "up".

How do you utilize or "plug in" your e-mail addresses to these 3 online marketing methods?
Hey Paul- appreciate the comment. Plugging in your email address to the campaigns would require you to use an autoresponder.
